✓ This was free - now it’s not.Update #2: Why are you reporting my concern to Apple support? My issue is NOT about MY purchase experience. My issue is about the many other patients who will need this app in the near future. Give THEM a break. Reduce the price for THEM. HELP THEM, not me. ================ Update: If it was just a temporary 1 week free trial, why not extend that for several more weeks to help people out? Or maybe reduce the price to $0.99? This app is useful for visual acuity testing, especially in children, since it includes the Lea and HOTV charts and could be very helpful in the setting of telemedicine. It had been a free app until just a few days ago, when all of a sudden, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, a $4.99 fee was charged.
