✓ SatisfiedI will admit that I was skeptical of the app and “meditating” when I started. I downloaded it because I just wanted to feel happier, calmer, less stressed and to enjoy life. The first session was great although a face time call interrupted me halfway through lol. But even still, the couple minutes after it ended I felt so relaxed! I’m looking forward to seeing the lasting effects it gives..Version: 1.0.1
