GREAT!I’m only a couple days in and I’m already seeing big improvements. One the first day of me doing this app my splits went down a inch, and once again that was only on the first day! If u want to get your splits down this is the app! I’ve tried many apps for the splits but I end up deleting them bc they weren’t working and as I was downloading this apps I didn’t think it would work just like the other apps but I rly 100% does! So who ever made this app good job. 👍.Version: 1.6

Amazing that this is free!I only just started using this app, but it’s great! It has a full month of programming for both forward and side splits, and has an explanation of each stretch included. Absolutely fantastic..Version: 1.5

AmazingI am on day 2 of this and I really love it! I really recommend this app to any person trying to get the splits and any gymnasts that need to have the splits. I am a gymnast and I need to get more flexible to do some of the stuff so I got this app but I wish you could make one to get the back more flexible because I don’t have a very flexible back for gymnastics..Version: 1.5

This is amazing!So I had my right splits before getting this app and I was kinda of close to having my left splits but I’m stiff as a board, I mean I have a stiff back, bad arches...you name it😂Everyone’s body is different and it may take longer than others to be able to achieve the splits. Some of us are naturally flexible and some of us are as stiff as a board. Take your time and don’t give up even if you don’t see improvement right away or even a week or so into the challenge, your body just has to get more and more used to stretching especially if you are a beginner. This will take time, patience, and effort but don’t give up! By the time I completed the 30 day challenge I had both splits and very close to my middle and I’m already working on my right and left over splits now!.Version: 1.6

Super Cool!I love this app! Don’t listen to the bad reviews, go ahead and try this out because I used to not be flexible like at all. Now, I have my splits after doing all the 30 day exercises in one day. I GOT MY SPLITS IN ONE DAY. Like that’s incredible! I owe it all to this app. 🎈💎.Version: 1.10

Get this appThis app is really good but if you want to be able to do other things like other than splits just YouTube it bcs ur gonna have to pay for it. Otherwise very good. It really makes you committed to getting your splits..Version: 1.5

Best app to learn splitsThis app is good for splits cause it organizes ur rest and which days to practice and I like when every time u finish ur warm up it gives u break but even though you have to pay I feel like it is kind of worth it.Version: 1.6

Nice App, few tweaks needed pleaseHi This is a good app. But there are a few things to update please. 1. Not all figures are appropriate for the exs. Eg. see knee to chest stretch (right) 2. Not all exercises have right and left where it would be necessary. Eg. see Seated neck release, shoulder stretches, tree pose, warrior 1 and 2, triangle (perhaps some are intended, but some should be both sides 3. On iPhone there is still ads when seeing exercise description 4. Would be nice after creating custom exercise program to be able to re-order the exercises. Thanks.Version: 1.10

ImpressiveI am very stiff and was nowhere close to my splits when I started this. I finished and my splits got almost a foot lower. I am giving this only four stars because I did not get my splits, but this app really is amazing..Version: 1.10

AwesomeThis app is so Amazing I have had it for 1 week and I can already tell I am improving other people have as well. I am not the most flexible and I am a dancer and wanted to find an app to make me be able to get my split in a month or so. I almost have my split and I am so excited. Great AppSo I’ve only downloaded this app a few days ago so I’m only on day 3 but it’s really helped the stretches are hard and I can feel it but I feel like one of the stretches are really hard and for a beginner they won’t be able to do it (stretch number 15) I mean I struggle and I’m quite flexible but other than that it’s a great app.Version: 1.6

Improving flexibilityI’m fairly new to trying to do the splits and this allows some modifications to the stretches, which I find useful as I am getting more flexible. Not quite yet achieved the splits but I can feel a difference in my flexibility, balance and strength..Version: 2.0.1
