The Most Helpful AppI find Bold to be the most helpful app due to its effectiveness and its simple yet brilliant design. I’ve tried a few others and nothing has worked as well as Bold. Unfortunately more than a few apps in the App Store are just creepy, preying on people in mental anguish by up selling this and that after installation while providing little to no value. Usually their pricing schemes give away their intentions. Bold on the other hand is straight forward and it works. It doesn’t distract or get in the way. I love this appI believe the best review I can give is to share what I did when recommending this app to my nephew and niece. Here it is: I found this new totally free app (as in doesn’t even have in app purchases) called BOLD - Mindset for Success, that is just a few simple, journal type exercises to do everyday. Game changerI got this app on a whim. Yea I had tried gratitude journals in the past, and had not found it fulfilling to have a dedicated journal/app for it in the past, but this app surprised me. It asked so little of me that it was so easy to find the time for it. Eventually it was a go to at the start of every lunch break at my unfulfilling job. 5 minutes where I could stop, reflect, and rewire my brain so simply with just 3 things a day. This app and the positive psychology/CBT exercises helped me breakdown the insurmountable gloom of my depression and anxiety by allowing me to finally find a few minutes a day where I can thrive. Thriving is contagious, and I have enjoyed seeing those few minutes a day grow over weeks and months to a safe place where I can be happy in the face of an uncertain world. Thankful = MindfulThe app design is great making it super easy to use! I have a reminder set each day so I can enter what I’m grateful for and it always makes me smile when I actually stop for a minute during my busy, stressful day to think about something I am lucky to have in my life, no matter how small. Really good app!First of all, I love this app. It is really good and I look forward to using it. The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because when I went to update the app, all of my entries suddenly disappeared. I was completely confused at first. I talked to who I believe is the creator of the app, and he apologized multiple times (which I think is very good!) and said that the only way to get them back is restore my device rom the latest backup. I really don’t know how to do that, but I’ll continue to use the app like always. Maybe in another update, there could be accounts for the data to be stored..Version: 1.40.0
