✓ Super convenientThey often have all the beauty products I need in one place so it’s really convenient to shop and when checking out it’s super easy and efficient. ✓ Good customer serviceRecently bought 2 different branded mascaras and surprisingly BOTH were very dry in the tube. Made me wonder how long Look Fantastic have stock sitting around. Previously bought mascara which was fine. I contacted Customer Services and after sending through some pictures, I was sent another set of products. Good Customer Service, however as I’m being sent the same products again, I’ll wait to see whether these are any better. It would be helpful if Look Fantastic could have the facility to upload video as well as photos as videos provide better compelling evidence. ✓ Products and serviceI have been with look fantastic for a few years and brought many products, including being subscribed to there monthly products. I just love it the products are really nice and you get to use things you would never would have. The Christmas advent calendar was so good not only did I get one for my daughter when I saw the products I had to get one myself, not to mention the Valentines box which I just loved and also was really lovely.
