- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.

- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up.

The Gables Residential Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RENTCafé platform as their Resident Portal. It is a great way to have service requests addressed and the maintenance and facilities team actually responds and does so on a timely basis. ✗ User experience needs improvementI recommend creating a way to separate out concession money from monthly rent and utility costs. For people who received a deal, e.g. 6 weeks free, the app doesn’t give you the option to easily prorate rent on your own using those concessions. Instead, it lumps them into one big central bucket that auto-drafts each month - forcing you to crunch numbers in order to reactively replenish the concessions that were auto-drafted. This also causes the account balance to be inaccurate until you go through that manual process. It’s just kind of a pain that’s not intuitively clear..Version: 14.3.0
✗ Not User friendlyNo option to upload image on bulletin boards. That should be the basic, if neighbors are trying to sell or give away stuff free, they should have an option to upload images. It’s good for making rent payments but besides that the bulletin board is very basic. The UX design could use a little help too, the super dark background isn’t very pleasing..Version: 14.3.0
