✗ Needs workNice look, and I’m some ways it is great. But once you get into the app, you see that the relationship among Deals, Contacts, Tasks, etc. is confused. I found it very hard to adapt the product to the very simple event booking business I conduct. Frustrating and disappointing. If you work everything from Company, you will have an easier time. Not what I would have expected. Support is very responsive, and they seem to be trying. I just have disagreements with the vendor’s concept of relationship management. Also it’s a little buggy. Example: a contact with no first name doesn’t appear in the contacts list. If it hasn’t already been linked to a Company or something else, it’s lost unless you search for it. Surprising after so long on the market..Version: 1.4.10
