✓ Not intuitive but worksHad a similar problem to everyone else. The app wasn’t doing what it was suppose to. I ended up getting ahold of tech support and they helped me through the process, and found the solution. It is a matter of going into the settings online for your business account and checking a box. The app works great when you get it all set up. Wish it was a little more intuitive to set up but give them a call!.TSammichVersion: 3.6.3

✓ Important Setup Read FirstChanging my review from 1 star to 5 stars after figuring out how to properly set this up. In order to enable the app, you have to go to the BD site admin page (not myphone) and go to the ‘sharing’ tab. Then select the line you want to enable mobile connect on. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX THAT SAYS MOBILECONNECT. It is not the default. If that user then logs into the app it will work. Verizon could spell this out more clearly so I didn’t have to call customer service to figure this out but it does work once you do this..ExcelsioreVersion: 3.6.3
