Terrible appI migrated to Verizon Business Digital service for my office in March and I was shocked at how primitive the mobile app is. I’ve been using the app since then but it constantly does not work properly. The biggest issue is the inability to make calls. Imagine that? A mobile app for Verizon that you can’t make calls? It’s absurd. I’m being told by tech support that my complaints are not uncommon. It’s time that Verizon redesigns the app and greatly improves it functionality..Version: 3.9.14

Need fingerprint recognitionI like this version, sound quality is better. Problem was the simultaneous ringing, couldn’t control it, only way to silence, I found was to log out of the app. Okay, then have to sign back in, would be great if I could use fingerprint scan, hint, hint!! Thanks.Version: 3.9.14

Complete failThis is a complete fail. Installed but couldn’t call as the business number. It showed up as my cell phone number. Tried to uninstall and reinstall in order to set up proper feature but the second time round it won’t let me log in any more. What waste of effort..Version: 3.6.3

Pretty TerribleIn theory, I love this app. I love being able to see who voice messages are from (helpful for clients who hang up once recording starts or who butt dial us), and to be able to quickly and easily save, delete, and mark them as new. Outgoing calls are awful on the app. I could have full service and wifi, and the call drops after one ring- nearly every call. When I do get through, I get constant “poor connection” warnings (again despite full service and wifi). It recently told me I’ve been logged in too long and need to log out. Now I can’t get back in, even with the right credentials, and there is no “forgot your password” option. Fun..Version: 3.9.37

Can’t get a simple app to work properlyBiggest and most expensive service provider, yet they can’t get a simple app to work properly without issues. On top of that they have 25 different types of logins, business, wireless, residential, mysite, myphone, etc etc. Get your stuff together. Then it takes customer service 1-3 days to call you back, even as a business account. Unreal..Version: 3.8.7

UnreliableOutgoing calls are fine, incoming work 20-30% of the time..Version: 3.9.24

Still doesn’t work for iOSBeen waiting roughly four months for an update. Can only answer 1/4 calls on iOS as app has problems. Talked to software guy in Verizon they are aware and say it’s Apple not allowing them to update app. Getting a little out of control. Verizon won’t let you out of your contract because they say it’s just a “add on”. Please fix this..Version: 3.9.24

Literal TRASHThis app is horrible. The entire service is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The app drops calls, if it even picks up a call. None of the other users we’ve set up can reset their passwords. When a call does connect, the connection is spotty at best. Do not disturb mode is also disabled for the app. Even when on, a call through the app will ring. Really would recommend going with another service. We’d love to switch to another provider but our phone number is to well known to change numbers..Version: 3.9.26

WORST APP EVER!!!Since working from home during quarantine I’ve had to call support multiple times because the app fails to work properly. The app will close when trying to answer calls and unable to make out going calls. They app will just close on you. Every time I call support o have to log out log back in, delete the app from my phone and re download. Every time the support contact is unsure what to do and has to ask someone else. Every time they ask for my password so they can log in on their device to see what the problem is. One time the support guy somehow saved his number in our portal SO ALL OUR BUSINESS CALLS WERE GOING TO HIS PERSONAL AND WIFES CELL PHONE. this went on for a week and he admitted that they received 20-30 calls before realizing it was our office!!! I work in a doctors office and receiving patient phone calls is very important!! This is unbelievable that VERIZON (supposedly one of the best phone companies) is unable to have an app that works properly and employees who know what’s going on. Every time I call they would say there is no ticket created for support to follow up. Why do I always spend about 3-4hours on the phone with support at least once a week if not more. Another guy said it’s because I have an iPhone and it works on a droid. Ok I just got a brand new iPhone 11 from Verizon a month ago so my phone is working fine. Multiple times they have told me it’s my phone and that answer is unacceptable!! THE WORST APP EVER. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE APP FOR VERIZON..Version: 3.9.4

Rings all the time and cannot answerThis app is horrible. It is universally bad on iOS and Android. My husband and I can not answer any calls. The will ring 5-20 times one failed call after another. It was cheaper for me to get the digital voice and internet vs just internet. That saved $3 a month and I swear this app makes me reconsider the savings. If I did not occasionally get an important voicemail I would just uninstall this garbage..Version: 3.9.24

Terrible app from a tech companyI waited to write this review because I wanted to give this app a chance but it’s just like the other reviewers said, absolutely atrocious. Horrible!Waited 6 months with crappy service for an update that did it fix anything. App says POOR CONNECTION no matter what I do. Tech support is horrible, and I finally had to move to a different service to get my business phone line to work properly. STAY AWAY!!.Version: 3.9.20

Not a good appThis app has been getting bad reviews for a couple of years now, leading me to believe that 1. Verizon doesn’t care and 2. isn’t going to fix it. It works some days, on most days when I call a client it rings into their line and immediately ends the call. If I’m on the phone with a client, there are big gaps where I can’t hear them. My clients end up justifiably angry with me. These are not new complaints, I can read the old reviews and it’s an ongoing problem. Mystifying that it’s not been fixed. Voicemail access is a jokeSo, you can listen to voicemails on a web page on a computer, but the app can only do it by dialing your number and having to do it normal call? What’s the point? You might as well have just not added voicemail as an option in the app.Version: 3.9.14

Bait & SwitchI began using the app in June and it worked as advertised. One month later, it works less than 25% of the time. I’m extremely disappointed. I spent one hour on the phone this week with “tech support,” and it was someone reading from a manual or the like, no expertise whatsoever. After 45 minutes of fumbling through steps I’d already taken, I voiced my frustration and asked to speak with next level support and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. After 60 minutes on the phone and no progress, I hanged up. Will I receive any follow up? It makes me wonder..Version: 3.9.4

Voicemail GlitchSince the last update that was supposed to fix bugs, I now get a constant notification every 5 min that I have a voicemail message even though I don’t. Very annoying. Fix your app please..Version: 3.9.14

So many issuesYou’d expect a company like Verizon to have a decent app/software developers... Aside from how buggy it is (won’t sign you in even with the right credentials) I’m now receiving my Office calls on my personal cellphone EVEN AFTER I DELETED THE APP!!!! Another instance of Verizon dropping the ballI don’t understand. We’re talking about one of the biggest companies in the country that is failing to create an app that just ports a phone number. All was well the day the service was first demoed but it has been down hill from there. Absolute Dumpster FireImagine not being able to access any voicemails.
