✓ How GreatI’ve never encounter a problem with my card. Free access to your money and no charges at all in Walmart. I would recommend this card to everyone. You can download the app and control your money from your phone. One of the Greatest choice I’ve ever made..Version: 7.3.2

✓ FIX IT PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This app is getting worse with every update they do to it. Go back to the original or fix what’s wrong. It’s not fun when you’re at a store and need to move money from piggy bank to main part of the card so you can buy stuff only to find out you can’t because the app don’t work. ✓ Horrible cardI had a very horrible and upsetting experience on this card. I had a disputed charge ,after I received an email notice saying that it was resolved and give back my money,after 2 weeks,they took back my refund,I called hotline and they said they can’t do anything about it. So just stole my money,helpless policy! Don’t deserve even 1 star rate…should be ZERO star rate for your helpless policy and customer hotline,you stolen my money!.Version: 7.2

✓ Able to get in nowI was reading the latest reviews about how since the last update 2 weeks ago people have not been able to log into the app. Well I have only had this problem for the last couple days that I have noticed, and really only cause I couldn’t see my balance. I took a chance and delete app then redownloaded and it let me log in with no problem.Version: 6.9.3

✓ Locked OutI have an Exceed card for several years. I have had problems with it. I have been locked out and unable to get into my mobile app for days. I called customer service and they have not been able to help me. They updated their system and locked me out of the app. I have had it so long that so have forgotten my credentials to get in. I was told that they can unlock my card from wherever they are. I don’t want anyone doing that remotely!! I think that is a hazard and I am unhappy about this. I need to do something different because this money is needed for me to survive!!.Version: 7.5.1
