✗ No Longer Functional or PracticalThis app has been hit and miss on functionality for a long time, but ever since the last update I have been completely unable to log in at all to check my balance or see transactions. Please update and fix. I know I’m not the only one having these problems since the last update. I’ve tried reaching out to Customer Service and gotten nowhere. They are non-responsive. Would not recommend this app, you are better off logging in on a desktop..JRP1913Version: 6.9.3

✗ Worked fine, until recentlyThis app worked perfectly fine until recently. I signed in and was told I had to update my password. Ok, fine. So, I tried and it told me there was an error. I tried to sign in again and I got the same error message. I tried to change my password again and I was told I couldn’t attempt to change my password more than once in 24 hours. I waited 25 hours and I tried again with the same result. This happened the next day, and the day after, and the day after. Since I no longer have access to the account, I withdrew my direct deposit to this card. I’m not going to use it if I can’t access it, no negotiations.
