Century link chat was useless and frustrating. Mcafee could not resolve issue so Mcafee is researching. ✓ So frustratingI have downloaded on a Chromebook and appears to work fine. However, trying to install on any other devices is a nightmare. Once installed there is no option to sign in, only to sign up, and I can’t use my email as it says I already have an account so I need to use a different email address. Was on hold with the online chat for over an hour before I gave up. CenturyLinks phone tree is s joke. After finally reaching a real person I was transferred twice and still no one could help me.
