✗ Stolen MonthAfter failing to cancel the trial, I was charge a whooping $120. 5 minutes later, I’d contacted the company. The employee told me to cancel my membership and he’d see about getting a refund. Great. Except now I’m out $120 (no refund) AND, at their direction, I’m also out the month for which I paid. Now they won’t stop emailing me for feedback. How much of my time am I suppose to give a company that *I* paid while getting nothing in return? Just use another program.
