✓ Calls coming out from my real number and app crashesApp crashes when I try to save pictures sent to my number. The only way I could get picture was to screenshot and not use the save option. And lastly when I dialed a number from the app it wanted to call from my real sim coz the call pushed towards my real phone calls. Edited that’s my review but this app is truly unlimited texting after you pay..Version: 1.5
✓ Deleted number no way to get it backI paid for the subscription, after reading mostly positive reviews, and used the app a total of three days, as a business line. Had already given the number out to clients, and day four, the app reset and wouldn’t let me get past the “choose a state” without following the prompts , RE-Purchasing the subscription, and choosing a completely different number! Original number LOST, trust from clients LOST, because now I look either foolish, unorganized, or unethical, calling from a different number, and having to give them a different number to call. I deleted the app. 😡.Version: 1.4.2
✓ Customer serviceNot a happy camper here. I loved it until I couldn’t dial and text out to my clients. I am still able to receive calls and text but no outgoing. So I’ve been trying to contact Aaron and Jose but they’re ghosting me…I wish I could show all my emails I’ve been sending them pleading for my account info to transfer/port my number to another carrier. I google “Alloy” business and it list a number to another company. I just don’t know what to do at this point..I have this number listed on my business cards, flyers, webpage and lots of other places. If you’re thinking of getting this company DONT do it…no customer service is available..Version: 1.9.2
✓ This app used to be great but…..I used to love this app but now it’s barely useful to me. No one can call me. It goes straight to voicemail and only shows up to me as a missed call. I have contacted support and followed all the steps they gave me to no avail. To make matters worse it doesn’t send me notifications either. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it hadn’t helped. I have verified my linked number several times with no success. I’m at my wits end! I suppose I will just have to find a new app to use. I’m sad about that because I will have to get a new number but this one no longer works for me..Version: 1.7.9.1
✓ I USED to love this appI used to love this app so much, but my subscription lapsed for just a few days and now that I have paid to resubscribe I am unable to use the app. It first told me I needed to purchase a number, so I thought restarting the app would help. Now I can’t get past the select a state and number screens because it wants me to purchase yet another subscription. ✓ Scam seemsSo I downloaded this yesterday for our business,even signed up for the month… when i went to register it kept telling me there was an error that the account already existed and for over 20 minutes no matter what password i tried to make, it kept telling me it already existed. Finally after clicking forgot password (even though i was just registering a new account) i changed it and it refused to let me log in. Kept telling me something went wrong try again. Kept trying and same thing. My hubby tried the exact same thing i did, change password and it refuses to let us log in. Needless to say I canceled the subscription, so i better dam well not get charged anything! Dont waste your time on trying this, i believe this is a scam for your money.Version: 1.8.7
✓ Does not workAnswers calls and records voicemails but NO SOUND when replaying voicemail so essentially worthless. Callers believe they have left me a message but I have no way of knowing what they said. I am losing clients daily until this is resolved. I have contacted support a minimum of 4 times and either I get an auto reply or they simply say they are looking at my account. Use another service. This one is terrible..Version: 1.9.2
✓ Need a refundAs soon as I was charged the 1499 to start the app it has never let me login every time I try to change my password because it says it’s incorrect I go through the process of going through the email to the site changing the password and then when I try to log into the app it still says incorrect password I’m over messing with it I would just like a refund please haven’t even got to use the app.Version: 1.6.3
✓ Why does it ring on my # and not the app!!???This app could have been amazing! But what made me cancel the trial before actually keeping your service is the fact that it rings my personal line instead of ringing on the actual app itself, which is what every other better app does!! ✓ Do Not SubscribeAfter my paid subscription has been out of service for an entire week, today I discovered my telephone number had been canceled. I have a total of eight trouble tickets, a rep name Jose advising they haven’t forgotten about me and was in the process of fixing the problem. This telephone number is associated with my business for which I’ve lost quite a bit of business due to this issue. This was my error as I thought it was Sideline. Do not subscribe to the service as they do not have a true tech support group, and no customer service telephone number. Awful service and experience.Version: 1.7.7
✓ “3-day free trial” was over in few hoursThe 3-day free trial is a scam. After just a few calls (of less than a minute each) and a couple of text messages the app force you to buy the full month subscription. All this happen in less than 14 hours after I downloaded the app for the first time. In this shirt period I wasn’t able to try ah the features of the app so I really don’t know if they actually work..Version: 1.8.9
✓ DisappointingI have been using this for about a month or so for my business. It logged me out and won’t let me back in. My clients can’t get ahold of me. I’m gonna have to change apps. Have been using sideline app for years for a different business and never had a problem but unfortunately it only gives me one number. ✓ DisappointedThis is the third second number app I’ve downloaded and every one of them want you to pay for a subscription!! I wouldn’t mind paying for the service but if even in the trial period it won’t let me view messages unless outside of the trial then no thanks. I just switched to using Apple products because the iPhone is a quality smartphone but wish Apple would stop being money Nazis and making you pay for just about anything you try to do on their phones..Version: 1.7.1

✓ Fits my needI was looking for a second like that wasn’t too expensive to use with my business but can also provide more than google voice and I found it in 2Line. I would definitely recommend this app. It’s not free but I think it’s priced well. I’m able to brand all my text with my logo and set personal response to missed calls… out of office…. ✓ Doesn’t workI’ve never written a review for an app before but I got this to run my business. It works great and then it doesn’t work this last time I have sent four emails to the company and haven’t heard back from them. I’ve been without the app for an entire week therefore, I had to run my business off of my personal line which I was trying to avoid in the first place will be canceling my account now, and I do not recommend this app! ✓ HorribleSelected a number .. and tried texting .. wouldn’t work .. gave it to friends and the number was already in use .. by some insane sex predators that kept texting and harassing me .. somehow found my name .. I reached out to support to help me because Im not receiving calls. It's been over a week and I still have had no help in fixing the issue. ✓ I’ve lost businessThe worst investment I could’ve made for my business. I’ve had issues with the interface to the point where I could not see texts or numbers when trying to dial. I’ve had the app randomly log me out for days at a time causing me to miss phone calls. In business that’s everything! ✓ Error 71??? Can’t contact support??I just paid $15 for this subscription this morning and now can’t send any messages due to an unknown “Error 71”. It doesn’t say why this is happening or how to fix it, just to contact support. That would be fine if the contact support function actually worked but it does nothing! ✓ AwfulUnfortunately I’ve had this app for years as a business line. It’s always been unreliable but it was cheaper than paying for an actual 2nd phone. Recently it hasn’t been sending my text, notifying me of new text, and the “away message” feature (which is the ENTIRE REASON I got the app) says “unavailable at the moment” when I try to use it. Customer support is no help. It’s almost as if they try to make the issue my fault. They just tell me to redownload the app (like I haven’t already tried that) or that it “should be working”. I now have finally had to get an actual second phone with a real reliable carrier, but we all know it tough to switch numbers when you own a business and everyone has the old one (the reason I stayed with this app so long). ✓ Please read this and I guarantee you will not use this appI have never written a review for an app before but I was so disgusted by this one I went out of my way to do so. If you’re looking to use this app for verification purposes then don’t do it. Even after signing up for the trial period and inputting my payment information, once you setup your phone number etc. you will receive a message that states “these type of messages are only for after the trial period.” Unbelievable. On top of that, it’s one of the few apps that make you input your phone number to even start using it. I would rate this as one of the dirtiest/scammiest apps I’ve ever used..Version: 1.7.5
