✓ NOT a scam app. Good second line.Whoever said this was a scam apparently doesn’t know how to work the app. I got this to use for my work number (I’m an independent contractor) because I didn’t want to give my actual number to everyone. The app works great. I can set work hours, auto replies and do not disturb. My only complaint is I can’t group text and it’s something I really would like to be able to do as I send the same text to large groups of other contractors..Version: 1.8.9

✓ Trouble ResolvedHad a tough time getting an issue resolved initially. Tech support couldn’t help. It turns out that I inadvertently blocked the 2L contact within my phone which caused all calls to go to my main mobile line. It took a bit of back and forth but they kept at it and figured it out for me. I’m looking forward to continuing my service. Now that everything is working properly, I’m pleased with the app..Version: 1.6.6
✓ Auto replyWe used to have an auto reply option that is no longer available. That feature is very important if you are not working and need to let people know you’re out of office. Please bring it back..Version: 1.9.7
✓ Initial impressionSo far so good. It’s only been a couple days but seems to be the answer I need to keep my personal life and business separate but on one device. The only thing I’d suggest is make a business hours feature to where you can set hours of operation and outside those hours an automated response gets played for incoming calls and auto reply messages for txt..Version: 1.5
✓ Colors messed up, text unreadable when composing... dangerous!Since I downloaded iOS 14, the colors on my app have shifted. In txt mode, I have to type white letters in a white text box, and its anybody’s guess what My typo prone fingers are actually typing. Hoping for an update real soon, so the txt function will be useful again. Also, get random robo-calls on this number, but doubt thats the app fault, thats just the craptastic world we live in these days. Update: recent update optimized for iOS 14. Problem resolved. ✓ Easy to managed...I am really enjoying Second Line. I get my calls and text on the same phone I use for my main line and I can differentiate between the two. You can set hours on your business line so if you don’t want people to call you after a certain period of time, it will go directly to a professional voice mail that you can set or have an automatic one.
