✓ Disqualified after COMPLETING surveysI don’t mind being screened out of surveys during the early stages because my demographic information does not meet the researchers’ requirements, but I am routinely disqualified from receiving payments after completing the entire questionnaire! Once I got to where I’m supposed to allow them to “track” my navigation across other apps, I’m seeing now that they have access to WAY more than advertised including more personal information. ✓ More useful than HoneyI've already saved a lot of money but the mobile app is hopeless for tracking purchases. I had made purchases from Platypus, Pretty Little Thing and Soulara, they didn't track. Only my first purchase from clicking through Coupert to Aliexpress shows up. ✓ THEY SCAMMED MEI recently had a highly disappointing experience with a coupon app that ended up being a complete scam, leaving me out of pocket by £18. As a savvy shopper always on the lookout for deals and discounts, I decided to try out this app in hopes of saving some money on my purchases. Little did I know, it would turn into a nightmare. Upon signing up and inputting my payment information, I was promised access to exclusive deals and discounts from various retailers. However, what ensued was far from what was advertised. Instead of unlocking any valuable offers, the app immediately charged my account £18 without my consent or authorization. To make matters worse, there was no clear way to contact customer support or request a refund through the app. It felt like I was left stranded, robbed of my hard-earned money with no recourse for resolution. Not only did this experience leave a sour taste in my mouth, but it also eroded any trust I had in coupon apps in general. It's utterly reprehensible for a company to deceive customers and siphon money from their accounts under false pretenses. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this coupon app or engaging with any similar platforms that operate with such shady practices. It's a clear case of fraudulent behavior that preys on unsuspecting consumers, and I urge others to steer clear to avoid falling victim to the same scam. ✓ Doesn’t work with eBay appI would give it more but it doesn’t work on the eBay app with the cash back, to receive this you need to exit app and open eBay in browser which is inconvenient, annoying and I forget to do to often. Please make it compatible with eBay app.Version: 4.8.7
✓ UndecidedDownloaded yesterday to reduce the price of my very expensive Oil Change, but took too long to set-up and get a supposed 50% off discount. Today, at Swanson Vitamins it took away the Swanson Promotional Discount and provided a lesser discount. In effect, I had to close my Browser, go in to Browser Add-ons, Disable Coupert, then reopen the Browser to re-obtain my Swanson Promotional Discount. All in all I am not impressed yet. I will withhold judgement until it can be used two or three more times. An error built-in presuming that this is the best Discount offered keeps me from rating this higher at the present time but the concept of course is great, just keep perfecting it..Version: 5.1.10
✓ Terrible app!First of all, lied about having a discount they totally didn’t have. Being the only reason I ever installed the app. Also quite sure they sold my info. I’ve never received scam calls ever. Brand new phone number. Hours after installing and allowing permissions on this app, I’m getting 10 scam calls an hour. ✓ False advertisingMaybe it works in the USA, certainly does it work in the UK for the sites I tried it with. Take into consideration that the so called search results showed that it was verified as working with the sites I searched for. So I installed it and followed all the instructions, but after giving it access to everything it asked for, none of the previously advertised sites actually worked. ✓ SCAM WithdrawalsWithdrawal of cash back rewards do not work, although agree that the Coupert algorithm just like the Honey or Internet Explorer apps can find you working discount codes to save you money. The prospect of withdrawing the money you earn in cash backs from past purchases is a lie. Couplert does not support withdrawals and any amount shown in the app, website or add-on is fictitious. ✓ Fake and a wasteRead the reviews, thought ok benefit of the doubt with some of the negative seeing as some are a year old, nope it is exactly as the negative reviews are. Installed it, attempted to use several vouchers through different companies I buy products from (PetStock and Pet Barn {need to get dog food} as well as a subscription service which it advertised it supplies coupons for… no coupons or vouchers worked whatsoever Immediately uninstalled and have since run a virus / malware check on my computer to ensure all my details are safe and still secure.Version: 5.4.61

✓ Check your pending cashback.Would’ve recommended this app until I Found an issue with my pending cashback listed at a certain amount for weeks. As it got closer to the date of being confirmed it got dropped by 10$. Found it with a few other smaller amounts which didn’t bother be as much. But if you’re stating you’ll get x amount in cashback, you shouldn’t be able to go back on that. I Have emails from support when I first ordered stating the original amount and was correct for the conversion (AUD) A month or so later when I questioned the 10$ drop (had to put in two requests for help and took weeks for them to answer) they tried stating it was due to the conversion and wouldn’t honor the original email from them which very clearly detailed the amount I should get. ✓ Seems like a scamAll I know is I looked at the website it told me they were 28 coupons available if I got the app it will check all 28 coupons; I download the app, had to hit a half dozen allow buttons, they needed to be allowed at all times according to the app directions. Didn’t hook up to the website that Supposedly it had 28 coupons for. So I went into the actual Coupert app and searched the website, and it came up with nothing found. My guess is the only thing it found was all the information of my shopping habits off of my phone that it wanted. I have no idea how this has 4.7 star rating. ✓ Only in dollarsThis seems like it would be a great deal finder, if your in the USA… it doesn’t have any Uk or GBP. Very occasionally The odd one finds a voucher but nothing more that 2-3% cash back that never works. All the great offer codes that get 30%40%50% off would be amazing but not for uk websites… I really should remember to turn this off to stop it jiggling about with codes I can’t use. Second, it advertised itself as having a 78% off coupon for the website I was on, but after installing it said that no coupons were found. Third--and I realize this is minor but for some reason it made the hair on the back of my neck stand up--when I went to create an account, the name of the app/site was misspelled as "Courpert."
