✓ Doesn’t Allow Account LoginSadly, like many others, the app does not allow you to log into your account and use the marketplace. I’m certain my user and password are correct. Then I went to the reviews and saw many others have the same issue. Clearly the app dev’s need to fix the authentication servers so they actually link to the user/pass database Steam and Pearl Abyss use. May want to hire app dev’s / DBAs who can actually fix the authentication issue. According to reviews, this has been going on for over a year. Sad really. The app is a great idea if it allowed you to use the marketplace (like so many other games do). If the app dev’s can fix this issue, would move to a 5 star..Version: 2.4.42
✓ I like it but....Love that I can access the CM from anywhere, any time. I do get the link bug, but not terribly often, and nothing that logging out, restarting app, and logging back in doesn’t fix. A bug that should still be fixed, but not my biggest concern with the app. The real reason I wanted the app was for boss notifications, and it’s nowhere to be found. Even the times aren’t stickied anywhere convenient, the only place I can access that is from patch notes. The app description says “never miss a boss again”, but I’m having to rely on my own alarms rather than getting it through this app. Either edit your description or add in the feature you’ve advertised PA..Version: 1.61
✓ This app needs further improvementsWhile I mainly use it to chat with guild mates if I’m away or resting. And the central market works for placing orders. However everything else keeps giving me 404 errors no matter how many times I’ve refreshed the app by master restart or closing the app. Seems like no one is maintaining it or cares to improve the app when it has potential to be very useful in our hands..Version: 2.4.42

✓ Okay for market tradesThe app can be useful for buying and selling on the central market, but would be even better if it allowed players to see item descriptions. For example, when looking for armor and weapons, knowing what the DP and AP is would be extremely helpful. Basically, it just needs the whole mouse over text for items that we have on our PCs. Also, it would be way more convenient if we could stay logged into the app indefinitely. Other apps do it so you only need to log in once and you’re good until you manually log out, whereas this app automatically logs you out after a certain amount of time. Receiving market and boss notifications regularly without having to keep logging back in would be a good quality of life update..Version: 2.4.24

✓ No actual notificationsWhat is the point of giving me the option to receive notifications about CM items if I actually do not receive any. It’s mildly convenient when I get notifications on my PO fills or items that I’m selling, rather then checking every so often manually. ✓ Good idea, poor functionalityMy largest issue with the app is the fact that the alerts simply don’t function. I’ve set my keywords up and had a guildie test in game and my phone receives nothing. Boss timers, also nothing. Market sales, also nothing. Central Market is a good tool, being able to talk in guild and officer chat is cool and check support is nice however without the notifications I can’t say this app is much more than a gimmick. I might as well be using Discord for 95% of things and I can rely on their notifications..Version: 2.4.24

✓ STILL unable to loginI still don’t understand how it is possible to have continued login problems. Many people are having the same problems. I’ve submitted 2 tickets already. Each time I get a canned response that says make sure you entered password correctly. My account is linked. My user and pass are correct. I’ve uninstalled. Offloaded. Rebooted. Installed on fresh device. Same problem on iPhone 11 and iPad mini both with latest iOS. If you play this game this app is essential and without it i am gimped. ✓ Didn’t expect to muchFirst of all the main appeal of the app is boss timers so I don’t have to have a website open instead but yeah doesn’t currently have world boss timers on the app even tho it’s advertised -_- secondly most of the functions simply just load a browser in the app may as well have just used the official website imo didn’t expect to much but this is shear lazy can definitely be improved upon.Version: 1.61.3
