✗ Can’t scan on hoop to transfer image to my New Innovis XJ1I tried to take a picture to transfer to my machine and it said that it did not support my machine. I checked all the Wi-Fi connections on both my phone and my machine and it would still would not connect. Both my devices phone and machine have the same Wi-Fi This is very disappointing because I was getting all excited thinking of all the stuff I could work on with my new machine. I even tried to get support from Brother, but it would not connect to the site. That is why I spend All this money on this machine for it not to recognize the app with my machine!
