✓ Do Not Waste Your MoneyI just bought this app to identify a snake found in a neighbor’s house. Once I open the app, it tells me this is a beta version and that, after I upload the picture, they will manually identify the snake and respond to me in 1 to 2 days! Update: I received a response from the developer saying there has been a disclaimer about the manual identification for 1.5 years. I looked back on the App Store. The disclaimer is one of the screen shots shown, not listed in the description of the app. The buyer does not see the full-size shot of the disclaimer until after they have purchased the app. Additionally, it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received an answer on the pictures I submitted. And yes, I have repeatedly checked my spam/junk folder as the developer tells everyone to do when they haven’t received an answer..GaylynVersion: 1.0.1

✓ Don’t Waste Your Money, complete rip off !!I purchased this app to identify a snake I found on my veranda which had bitten my cat. The App says just snap a photo, and it will identify the snake. Once I purchased the app, it asked for my area, which I typed in, the photo then sent. A message came up that said the app is still in beta mode and the ‘snap photo’ is not yet working. It asked for my phone number. I then tried to look up educational pictures and information on the app, which it advertises and there wasn’t any. I live in Australia, and it only has access for US states, which it did not state when I purchased it!! Complete rip off !! Very disappointed!!.AustraliarocksVersion: 1.0.1
