✓ Good games but such a scam!The games are good and my toddler loves them but after she plays the free games it gives her a paid for game to play. Cue her being upset when I tell her she can’t have the paid for game but she doesn’t understand as she’s already played it. Some parents will then feel forced to pay for the subscription. Luckily my toddler now thinks the game is ‘broken’ and we’ll be sticking to different free apps instead of paying the extortionate monthly fees..Rclark91Version: 10.08.23

✓ Fun and simpleMy 2 year old is deaf and so is behind in various areas so I was looking for a simple, yet, educational app. This one seemed great when we had the free version and he was tapping on all the games he couldn’t play so I decided to pay the overpriced £5.99 for him because he was enjoying it and I thought it must be worth it. Unfortunately a couple of the games are faulty and when he taps on the correct item nothing happens. I can’t explain to him that it’s broken as he doesn’t understand, so he either gets frustrated or he is given the wrong impression that it’s the wrong answer which is confusing for him. So I am very disappointed. I don’t know if there is a way of getting refunds on these things as it isn’t giving you what you paid for. If I bought a faulty game I would have a right to take it back to the shop, I hope the same rules apply to online game developers!.Mb8208Version: 7.6

✓ Subscription model ruined itI originally downloaded this app specifically because it was a one time fee. It’s since moved to a subscription model, and given we only use it in rare circumstances to keep my kid amused in a pinch, it’s just not worth paying that. ✓ Sad ResultI purchased this game for my grandson. I noticed there was no sound. Sound works on every other app we have bought for him. I contacted support and after showing everything even a video proving the sound didn’t work on the app… I was told there is nothing we can do. That’s it. Except now, you’ve added all the content from your other games to this one and are charging a subscription? My 2 year old gets confused and sad because he knows he has a certain game but doesn’t realize he has to go to another app for it. He thinks he’s missing out. I’m about to uninstall it. I figured that I’d unsubscribe before the trial was over if my toddler didn’t like the app. Guess what?! My toddler prefers a different app. I logged into this app to unsubscribe but can’t find where to unsubscribe.. I’ve requested assistance from developer on multiple occasions and got no response. I go to the settings area to fix the sound and it shows that it’s on but I hear nothing. ✓ Latest update is worseWe had unlocked all the games, and it used to just go from game to game, now they have updated the game and want to charge a monthly subscription which I absurd considering that the games don’t even work now. All the game constantly get stuck having me to reset it to fix them, the pieces get stuck all over the screen and can’t be moved, this also breaks the sound.
