✓ Game kicks us outThis teams keeps kicking us out. Paid $80 for the year and it won’t load. I’ve deleted the game, restarted iPad and reinstalled game. No change, it appears to only lick us out when we try to use the new games..Version: 7.0
✓ DisappointingThere are lots of games even without paying but there’s no sound. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, everything I can think of but it never works, so frustrating..Version: 9.08.2
✓ Frustrating for young childrenThe let the child start the game and then have a pop up requiring payment. They know this will frustrate the child to the point of crying and will get the parent to pay. If that particular game is a paid portion, don’t even let them start it..Version: 9.08
✓ This game doesn’t workI downloaded this game on both my kids iPad but it’s only working on one of the iPads as soon as my son touches a game it kicks him out of the app which is a shame you need to fix this ASAP this is his favorite game app.Version: 9.08.7
✓ Predatory Developer BehaviorSeriously don’t consider this app. I may have to delete it. Apparently, they released a subscription-only app (SOA)—independent of this app—and afterwards updated this app to tie in with the SOA. Prior to this, I had bought access to all the games in this app and was extremely happy with the value it brought my child. after the SOA, an update to this app prominently features games from the (SOA), which is only accessible with the subscription. For a toddler—this app’s target market— this is very confusing, and frustrating for both my child and me because these new games aren’t truly available in the same way the older games are. This is predatory because rather than all of the new content being segregated to a different location, it’s mixed in alongside the older content, which my toddler isn’t able to grasp the concept that those new things are not the same as what they’re used to. The developer basically turned a 1-time perpetual purchase app into a mirror for its subscription-only content. I will be requesting a refund because this is clearly bait and switch. They’ve offered this app under one model, then switched to something different that is a replica of a new app they just released..Version: 9.08.7
✓ Great but so many games on different levels.I love some of the games on here for my two year old, but sometimes we go from matching colors to having to identify and trace numbers 7-9. I wish there was a way to “favorite” certain games so that he can play only a select number of games (the ones he can do independently). Because there are so many he can’t do we won’t be renewing our subscription. Please please please make favoriting games or creating a games playlist a feature!.Version: 9.08.1

✓ Great app but can’t use on family link so uselessI’ve purchased on my iPhone for my son to play. Trying to purchase for his tablet but app do not operate on family link payments. I can’t log in to my account even though I am paying for it monthly to make it work on tablet. Neither make new purchase on tablet as msg appears “an adult has to complete this transaction from their profile” - there is no option to do so on family link. Very disappointed.Version: 9.08.2

✓ Requesting AssistanceI downloaded the app and it forces you to sign up for monthly or annual subscription to participate in free trial. After choosing annual it continues to say I signed up for monthly which is more $. Once I chose to start the trial and gave my cc details the game only allows the happy and forest games to be played. My daughter likes the art games which just kick us out every time we select one. Can the developer please assist with this error. Thank you.Version: 9.0
