✓ Where’s the support?I’ve been trying to get the attention of juju’s support email when I first hit six thousand gems. Which was a couple days ago, I’m currently at 10k and I still haven’t gotten an email about the the prize I redeemed and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve spent hours on the app trying to get gems, even to the point to knowing every single answer in the trivia game. I wish they had staff who helped their users.
