✓ Great idea but not worth itGreat concept but a waste of money. I just purchased the Brisbane pack and found it had no unique tips or great suggestions. All can be found on a free website, and the total of 7 suggestions for “to-do” is not creative at all, and is well known to almost everyone. It doesn’t even suggest GOMA, the lighthouse at Cleveland or any amazing suggestions. A few suggested Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast which has nothing to do with Brisbane. Very disappointed to be honest. May be different for places overseas but seems like there’s no real effort put into the app..Version: 1.5
✓ Basic AppI expected a lot more from this app. Really basic, few words written on places you can find on google with inserts from Google maps. $7.99 per guide for a total of maybe 100 words written? Save money and read some blog posts instead..Version: 1.5
✓ Very DisappointedYes the price is cheap (7.99) but not so cheap if it’s not value for money. More photos & explanations needed. WHY are the cafes or actives (these being very minimal) are a must do?? What is so good about them???.Version: 1.5
✓ Not even worth itSo I downloaded the app, but then I deleted it because the app itself feels like just another money grab 🙄. I mean, all this info would be online already. There’s actual genuine travel bloggers who have been to these places many times, who would have more knowledge than this girl. Save your money people..Version: 1.5
✓ Don’t waste your moneyI’m sorry to say but this was a massive disappointment. I’ve followed Tahlia on Instagram for ages now and was excited to see this app come together but I can get the same information off google or just by scrolling down her feed. I work for a travel company and I was shocked there was no information about the places your going too just a map link, I purchased the Phuket Guide and it’s just a list of restaurants, nothing about them at all or why they are good, no further pictures of the venues or what’s good to eat there etc.. sorry but very disappointing..Version: 1.5

✓ DisappointedI just spent $7.99 on the Phuket one and honestly there’s hardly any information on it ? Nothing special and not worth spending the money when you can find all that on google ? Feel like I’ve been robbed really. Not sure if that one just has less information then everything else but pretty disappointed. If you’re going to make an app like this do more research for us, give us the best places, the best tour company’s to use in that country, how to get to the beach, what taxis or ubers or trains are like in that country, give us more please 😭😭.Version: 1.5
✓ DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THE GUIDESThe fact that the app is free to download, yet each guide costs $7.99 to purchase is a total rip off. I purchased the NYC guide and the content within it is more basic than a single Time Out article which can be accessed for free on the internet. For example, she lists 4 cafe recommendations in the whole of New York City… 4! And one of the ‘hot tips’ for this city is ‘Go to Times Square’. Every single piece of information can be found via a quick Google search, and there are no insights into why Tahlia herself recommends each place, or details of what she recommends ordering, etc. The content within the app is also terribly grammatically formatted, which is surprising coming from someone who is apparently a law graduate. Although $7.99 is not a lot of money for me, this is a classic example of an influencer making money off their young followers for simply putting their name on something that they have done no work on. ✓ Didn’t meet my expectationsI was super excited for this app and to buy the Bali guides. The guides are just very lack lustre as they have no pictures, menus, reasons for loving etc. I’m such a visual person so the fact that there are no pictures makes the guides not only boring but hard to use the information she does give. As just the name of a restaurant gives me absolutely no information. Love Tahlia, this is just some constructive criticism.Version: 1.5
✓ Disappointing 👎🏼This app was super underwhelming and with the hype that was presented around it, I thought it was going to be amazing. A lot of the information on this app you could find on google. I was hoping that with the restaurants and cafes, Tahlia would give us an idea on the menu, photos of the food, and her experience at these places, not just a google maps location. I downloaded the Bali package and the tips in each location where almost all the same. For $12.99, I think it’s a bit of a let down.Version: 1.5
✓ A little disappointed 🙁Disclaimer: I love Tahlia and have been following her for ages and have been waiting so long for this app as I have recently booked a trip to Thailand and have held off booking activities until I could purchase the Phuket guide. However, to my surprise, there wasn't really any recommendations on the guide that I haven't already seen on google! And some info was maybe missed - for example, jet-skiing was recommended however my travel agent told me to be careful when booking jet skis as its a fairly big scam over there but this wasn't mentioned in the tips section 🤔I was also expecting some images of all the restaurants and bars etc but it’s just a lot of white space 🙁 this reviews intent wasn't to be mean or hurtful it's just simply my experience! I think most of the let down comes from the app being so hyped up and my expectations not being met 😞 but I'm sure some of the other guides are far more detailed and would be a great help to travellers xx.Version: 1.5
✓ Disappointed :(Have to admit I am disappointed. For the $12.99 Bali guideI was hoping for more than a few sentences and locations on google maps. Most of which I could find through tagged Instagram posts and YouTube Volgs. Really was hoping Tahlia would include photos and more written information about her own experience and why’s she’s recommending these places ect. Still disappointed. As far as I know, these issues have never been publicly addressed. I was offered no refund just a thank you for the feedback. ✓ Disappointed!Really disappointed in this app. I spend $13 on the Bali guides, and there was no new information on there that I couldn’t find on the Facebook pages for free. For someone who is an ‘influencer’ and goes these countries often, you would think there would be more helpful information about Bali, photos, anything. ✓ UnderwhelmingI paid 8.00 for the sydney guide which just provides google map displays for each restaurant. There were no descriptions for each restaurant or club listed and there was like 8 tips in the tip section. Would be much better if a better description was given. Also having to pay per guide is a bit ridiculous!.Version: 1.5
✓ MisleadingSuper misleading that this app is “free” in the App Store but literally has zero free features. Every individual guide will cost you $8 to see any of the information in there. Or you can fork out $80 for all guides. Honestly you’d be better off doing your own research given the wealth of free information that’s out there on the internet. This is a rip off..Version: 1.5

✓ Glitchy & scammed meWhen I first downloaded this app, it worked fine. I didn’t purchase anything right away but it would open and I could scroll through the guide options with no issues. AS SOON as I purchased a travel guide, the app began to glitch and black out everytime I tried to open it. It charged my card and then stopped working. It’s been over a week of it glitching and I’ve reached out to the help team about a refund and they are awful at communication and still have yet to refund me. I definitely don’t recommend this app at all..Version: 1.5
✓ DisappointedUnfortunately this app is not what it was hyped up to be. I love Tahlia and can see what she is trying to do here which is great! Everyone needs tips when they travel and having it all in the one place is so easy. However, the content of the app does not look as though it took “7 months to do” I was expecting almost like a blog for each place and in depth tips on places to eat and things to do not just a list that I could probably google and see on the first blog I found for free. I purchased the Byron bag guide and to be honest I can’t say it has helped me much as it doesn’t really explain why she loves it what food she orders on the menu best way to get around or just stuff you really look for when your trying to work out a new city. This app gives less info than something such a trip advisor and that is free. Everyone needs Constructive criticism and this is still a really great idea! ✓ Severely Disappointed :(I have followed tahlia for ages now and love her to bits, i’ve watched most of her vlogs and follow her on instagram & I believe she is one of the most genuine influencers who doesn’t just promote brands and use instagram to make money ie built villa tahmi for all us! However, this app isn’t tahlias best work. I am severely disappointed. The hype & prices around the app seemed like there would be thorough guides to travelling. Instead it is practically a list of her favourite places and their locations. No pictures, menus, menu recommendations etc. The tips section are just one sentence lines that don’t add any value. I can get more out of watching one of her bali vlogs for free where i can see what she does day to day, the menu, what the food is like/looks like and the best places to go. I really hope there are updates to come which make this worth while me purchasing this. Would not recommend!.Version: 1.5

✓ Bit of a flopHonestly not that great, I feel like she has just as much knowledge as anyone else who has travelled around and some stuff is missing from the guides that would be crucial. I’ve been 2 Bali twice and there are multiple things in the guide that are missing that would be so important when travelling to Bali. ✓ FeedbackIt’s a good app and will come in handy when I travel. I really like the aesthetics and the pics of you at each destination. However the guides are quite plain, maybe add in pictures/previews of the places that you recommend. E.g A restaurant, maybe put up some food dishes from the restaurant or even the outside, so we can get a visual. Rather than plain black text on a white background. Don't get me wrong, just some friendly feedback! I am really excited to use this app, however, it still may need a few touch ups !! :).Version: 1.5
