✓ The absolute best for WFPB plansI am so glad I discovered this app! I am on a whole food plant-based plan and also avoid coconut products and refined oil. Many of the other blogs and recipe books use those last two items so half the recipes are useless for me. The recipes on this app follow the top research and doctors: Doctors Esselstyn , Gregor, etc. Many of the recipes are 30 minutes or less and use easy to find ingredients. PS.
