✓ Needs new support teamAnyone gets banned for the smallest thing even when not doing anything at all an even if you a paying member they want fix the problem. Need to bring back the locked box . Also need to let it be a way to chat by voice even if you not on video. Need to make a update an make it so you can make it where you can get in contact with support. ✓ Hacked My IPI’ve been on imo since the end of 2019...mm (the hacker) would swipe out my number making it an invalid number so I couldn’t use it to go live. Before I could use a different number and create a new account but now he swiped my IP address causing me to get a whole new phone. 🙄 customer support is bias if you want people to enjoy the app then please fix the problem. I’ve been on this app since 2018 and this app is becoming trash. There is no real customer service.
