The app also fails to remember credentials which causes a sign in loop on occasions. The app crashes constantly, the “keep me signed in” option may as well be non existent because it doesn’t work. If I sign in and the app crashes (normally multiple times) I have to be sent verification codes each time I sign in, which there is a limit on! I’ve been caught out by this several times and have either been unable to access my timetable or worse, be unable to clock in through the app resulting in me losing money. ✓ Incredibly faulty9 times out of 10 I can’t get past the log in screen. I put my details in and it either keeps taking me back to the log in screen or I get stuck on the loading page for over 10 minutes. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app countless times and also never receive notifications when new shifts come through (which I opted in notifications for). We work hard for our holidays and holidays are supposed to reduce stress not create it!
