✓ How is this lack of prenatal care not illegal?The customer service in this app didn’t address any of our questions and continuously gave us incorrect instructions as to how to file a claim and what is covered on our plan. One rep outright refused (repeatedly) to tell us which prenatal services are or are not covered or where we can access information about what is or is not covered. She claimed that there is no existing document that contains information about what is covered in our plan. How is this legally possible? I’ve not had this kind of issue with United or Cigna - if you can, don’t waste your time or money with BCBS or this app..WomenWithoutMenVersion: 7.21.0
