✓ Syncing unreliable to poorI want to love this app since it so perfect in so many ways, but syncing just is not realizable or read only close to real-time. I’m not looking for real-time sync when typing on one device makes it appears on another, but within a few moments is standard nowadays. ✓ Syncing is brokenThe most important feature of this app is syncing between devices. It used to work flawlessly. Now it seems not to. I regularly input text on my Mac and it doesn’t show up on my iPhone. I tried clicking on application support to contact the developer, and all I got was a knowledge base, so I’m leaving this negative review. I’m happy to remove it if you contact me or give me a way to contact you. I used to love this app, but it is now ruining my workflow. I use it to keep track of all of the high priority things I need to do at work so it’s kind of important that it work..TekkNickVersion: 1.5

✓ UnreliableThis product is great but unreliable: I use it all the time and love it, but it’s the second time where I lose all my notes just because I changed work laptop and it has overwritten all my data once I connected it to my personal account. ✓ Please add security features!Love this app but I would love to see a passcode/Face ID login element that could help protect and secure notes and information. ✓ A good start.. butFor an app that’s sole purpose is the quick ingestion and expulsion of information, it’s certainly not easy to share anything into the app. I would have thought a share sheet or something would have been an obvious inclusion. Once through with the information i’ve jotted, I’m also surprised there is no single “clear page” icon/functionality. Instead, I have to manually futz with selecting everything and deleting it when i want to re-ready a page for notes. Those are my two biggest wishes. Repeating bullets in a list is another obvious missing tooth. The Color coded UI is a nice solution to a problem most other devs would have gotten wrong. ✓ Was so excited at firstThe iOS version is so buggy it’s unusable. Content disappears, custom keys like bold, italic, bullet, etc are unresponsive. Sometimes lines of text wig out when I type and they jump back a space or insert odd characters. I thought I had found the answer to my need for a little scratchpad. ✓ Do Not Buy This AppThe MacBook app is good. This iOS is horrible. It is a frustrating glitch fest. The virtual keyboard pops up when you don’t want it and the app jumps around the page causing issues with scrolling. The app repeatedly pastes portions of text that were neither copied or pasted by the user. Problems like that explains why there is only a buy option and no trial on iOS. You have be warned. If you do buy it, you’ll be like, “well, that will teach me, that person warned me about this bad app.”.USA2K12Version: 1.2.1

✓ Immediate disappointmentEntirely my fault but the first thing I discover (after buying) is that the OSX version won’t install on 10.13 (which I’m stuck with due to age of my iMac). Also the comments about Markdown limitations weren’t kidding. It’s definitely stretching a point to claim any meaningful compatibility. Only bold and italicise. Bullet support appears non-existent. I’m happy to pay a decent price to support developers but this is far too expensive for what it does at the moment. ✓ Beautiful app but....The app has a beautiful design, but really needs standard backup or buffering functionality. Yesterday, I somehow lost a page (~2400 char) of text without warning when a copy/paste/export operation somehow went awry. The ‘undo’ function was not getting the text back either. I was frustrated and saddened to realize there was no way to revert the app content to its previous state of five minute earlier, and that it doesn’t do automatic backup. ✓ Love the idea, one major issue thoughI really like the app. It does exactly what I need and the navigation is excellent. However, I’ve run into a major issue. Several times a day, the app icon looks like the app isn’t supported, and I can’t open it until I edit my home screen. Then it’s good for a couple minutes or hours. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason. If the dev wants more info, I can provide whatever is needed to help sort this issue out. I haven’t tracked down a way to report the issue to them yet. ✓ Keyboard buggyNot sure about other devices but the keyboard interaction is buggy on iPhone SE: the shortcut to collapse the keyboard leaves a huge coloured, useless space under the status bar where the keyboard used to be. Really disappointing for what looks like (and has the price tag of) a really polished app. Would’ve liked to email the devs rather than leaving a one star review, but can’t see any way to contact them without having Twitter..Sawyer LatteVersion: 1.2.1

✓ I like, but can't keep losing dataThis looked like a simple, even fun app for stashing thoughts and info I need week by week. But when I noticed something I typed went missing (replaced by what had been there previously) I realized it wasn't worth taking a chance (happened twice). Really a shame....so rarely do I spend $20! ✓ $20 for note taking restriction?!Why do you limit the amount of note pages someone can have? Especially after forking you $20! I like the general idea of the app, but this restriction alone would easily keep me away from purchasing it. Otherwise, great work on interface design.
