✓ Finally compatible!!I was delighted to find the new version of the app that's 64bit and finally compatible with Catalina. The new version works great. Much better than the old one that was instaling drivers/extensions right and left. It uploaded our data in no time..Version: 3.0.0
✓ Great AppThis works to download my data from my T:Slim Tandem pump. Before I had to use my Windows 10 Computer because the downloader on my Mac did not work. Finally Apple updated the app to work on the new Catalina OS. Hopefully from now on it will continue to work on the new Mac OS. It works a little different from the Windows app but if you perserve you can get mutiple reports to save to your computer. Thnak you Apple!!!!.Version: 3.0.0

✗ Not workingI am trying to upload my pump and it is just saying to plug in my pump with the provided USB cable. I plug it in and it does not even work! Please fix.Version: 3.0.1
✗ Zero% upload of logs,Zero% upload of logs, TOO OFTEN! For example after trying 4 times last night and allowing it to run for a couple of minutes up to 15 minutes with NO change, I restarted the computer - NO change. Then re-downloading the app again this morning, plugging into newer laptop always using Tandem's "special" USB cable (which it isn't, but it is hi thruput, bidirectional etc.) still got - NO CHANGE. Always 0% logs uploaded. !8 minutes this time before I had to get up from being physically tied to the computer for a half-hour was just not reasonable....Version: 3.0.1
