✓ Marginally better than sending emails costs £42Stupid fee for using. Got my final invoice which had a charge for “Administration of your digital journey” £35 + £7 vat. ✓ SlowThe one that needs to patient is the costumer. Because they work so slow that if you don’t call them every single day they may have all the documents ready weeks ago but forget to update you and move on. I’m in the process of purchasing a flat and instructed them to help with the conveyancing since the 22nd of April. (It’s 4th of August at the moment of writing this) I gave them the lender’s mortgage offer a few days later. Although the local authorities checks came back in less than 2 weeks, I’ve got the money ready, all the documents and proofs of everything is ready, somehow they still can’t give me a certain day of completion. At some stage they even got confused along with the owner’s solicitor and they were enquiring for over a month for a freehold draft contract, when it was clear from the estate agent and myself that it is a flat with leasehold. Then we lose two weeks because the case manager got married and had two weeks vacations. Afterwards, he came back and when we are so close to completing they handed the case to another case manager on the 26th of July so we are still waiting for her to make even more enquiries and the completion date even though I keep asking is still unknown. What the point of giving me a completion date at this stage if it’ll be something like “we are happy to inform you that the completion date is tomorrow”. I should know in advance to give notice to the rented accommodation’s landlord for example etc. Totally disappointed with the experience so far. Looks like it’ll take me half a year to buy the flat when everything in my finances is perfect and transparent, just because of solicitors working as slow as possible… The only person in this company that is outstanding and always helpful is Samuel Gorton.Alex anagnVersion: 2.12.33

Nobody responds to messages in the app so you have to phone them to get them to post the forms to you. ✓ 0 STARS - unprofessional and very slowIf I could give 0 - I would. We have had terrible experience with O’Neil. Gemma our case handler has not replied since we bought the house a month ago, after emailing and ringing the company every week since and did not follow through our complain of the buyers not leaving items in the house when it was part of the contract. Very slow replies, when you ring the company a different person answers every time and says they will get you on a priority list but then never update you, you have to chase them. My mortage advisor recommended them but he has safely said he will be never doing that again! Don’t waste your time if you want a quick sale - you’ll have to do their job. Also extremely unprofessional saying things and taking it back like they owning us money. Wouldn’t have left a review if they could have replied but it’s about time since I have emailed several times and had no updates. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!.AmberlawnVersion: 2.12.85

✓ Confusing and issues with downloadingThe process schedule is a little confusing, updates are checked as complete but in my case they have not been EG; Mortgage offer and deeds sent to client. A dated timeline would be really useful. In addition docs that are sent via the APP are unable to be downloaded, only read. (I have to request these are sent via email). ✓ TerribleConsidering you are charged £35 plus VAT for the pleasure of using this app it’s useless. It worked ok at first but half way through it not longer allows me to input anything into any box.
