✓ Improvement neededFirst of all thank you very much for bringing this from INDIA. I installed the day it was announced. I live in US and we use multiple apps here including zoom. I would love to see few more improvements in JioMeet so that it can compete with best apps in market, - switch between any tabs like home/meeting/settings shows the ‘Loading..’ icon which is not bad but it would be best to make it fast and hide if possible and do searches in background - on Home screen, most used buttons are not easily reachable with one hand given large screen these days, i believe most usable buttons should be easy reachable (follow Apple strategy of making it simple and easy to operate) - during meeting small top screen not easily movable - meeting joiner sees initiator name on his own video.Version: 3.3.9
✓ Very poor qualityI could not click on the “Sign Up” button. When I clicked on the settings button, a screen appears from which there’s no going back. I am disgusted as to this is what Reliance offers in it first app..Version: 3.3.8

✓ Great quality... but not available on Chrome OSHey there can you please tell me why there is no support for chrome OS.... (for chromebooks/ chromebook laptops) on your website when I go to download it only shows “IOS, MacBook, Google playstore and Windows” but... it doesn’t give an option for Chrome OS. Please add support for Chrome OS users. It is very frustrating because I love JioMeet yet I am not able to use it on my Chromebook laptop!.Version: 3.3.10

✓ DisappointedEven with reliance(jio) name, this app is full of bugs and inconveniences.. unfortunately not ready for prime time yet! Get it fixed before you damage your brand for good! Inconveniences : can’t repeat a meeting; can’t record; videos of participants don’t fit in tile mode ( it’s disgusting).Version: 3.3.9

✓ Lots of improvements neededI have tried this from US. It’s nice easy to use app. As far as competing with Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar etc. it needs lot of improvements. Devloper’s please check your competitors app and add missing features like recording, file sharing, different views, background images etc. Do not just keep this app limited to India. Jio should expand their foot print in abroad and see how consumers respond to it..Version: 3.3.9

✓ Unsure if app is a scam or intended to be this badOn the outset this looks like a great app and I’m in for trying any online collaboration tool available in this day and age BUT: - the app itself uses a time zone different than the phone uses which results in a meeting time well before the intended meeting has been set for. The time zone cannot be change through the app settings or online; - apparently nobody noticed this as there are more FAQs on how to change the profile picture than how to solve technical issues and for this time issue there is no mention. This is a bit of a red flag for me; - the “contact us” ‘button’ in the online ‘Help’ section refers to an empty blog rather than actual contact details. A bit of a bigger red flag to me; - last…no presence on social medial like Facebook or Instagram where they can be reached for assistance is definitely a res flag. Considering all this I’m starting to believer that this app might have ulterior reasons to exist, some of which might be personal data. New red flag discovered: app asks for access to phone contacts and after access is given no contacts show up in the app when trying to invite someone for a meeting. This was another big red flag to me that there might be something very wrong going on behind this app..Version: 3.3.37
