✓ This is Great !I actually was sketched out once I read these reviews and I quickly logged into my account to see if I could redeem my credit. I honestly had absolutely zero issues. I received my gift card to Macy’s within 1 min. I don’t know why people are having such a hard time. I will say this - I wish the money conversion would be more. But hey! Why complain! Especially when it’s easy and free. I recommend it only when you have extra time like sitting on the toilet, waiting in line, something in which you have to pass time, nothing better to do and are stuck until further end. It took some time but now my account is fully functioning with no problems so I am changing my review status.4 stars not 5 only due to the amount of time it took to receive online assistance via email.
