✓ Ugh. Poor.I was happy to get an email that e-rewards finally released an app. But this needs to go back to the drawing board. As other reviewers have indicated, the screen doesn’t rotate to horizontal. Also, I find that it will freeze on me in the middle of a survey. There’s no way to refresh so I wind up having to close out. This happens at least once a day, and always during a higher value survey. Really annoying because I’ve invested the time and don’t get the reward. This app needs some serious work..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Rubbish appThis app is pretty much a rip off or a kind of scam since it freezes halfway through surveys and even if you can complete a survey, 90% of the time you get an error message without a message in it when you try to redeem your hard earned points for a reward. I spent a ton of time conscientiously and accurately filling out surveys, only to have my account suspended for supposed inconsistencies and inaccuracies. Then suddenly there were security issues with my account and I was blocked from taking more surveys or redeeming my rewards. Quite honestly not worth the effort and don’t waste your time. They emailed me and told me my account was suspended for having more than one account, which I did not have. ✓ Truly DreadfulI have been with e-Rewards for years and it’s a nice program. If you keep up with it regularly you can get quite a few rewards. I was happy to see when they created an app, but it’s terrible.I just had to delete and reinstall because everything disappeared. ✓ Different than webI’ve had a lot of success with the web version of e-rewards but on the app, even as a Platinum member, I seem to get a lot of surveys that offer to pay $0, plus I can do a survey for over 10 minutes only to be told I’m not a good fit and only get a small amount instead of the full amount originally offered. I expect to find out I’m not a good fit right away, not after I’ve filled out 90% of a survey. Not sure why there’s such a big difference, I might move back to the web page. 🫤.Version: 1.12.0

This app is glitchy and doesn’t work correctly to begin with, and it has been weeks since there are any available surveys for me to take. But what’s worse is they are not paying out any of their rewards. I got an error message when trying to redeem my rewards and contacted them regarding the error. I received an email back stating my account was indefinitely suspended due to “accuracy and attentiveness of my account activity”. When I wrote back that I just wanted the reward I was owed for taking the surveys the response again was they have no choice but to permanently suspend me. ✓ Can’t believe this app was released as isI Love E-Rewards but hate this app!!! I was excited to see that they finally have an app to use but was quickly disappointed. I thought maybe after using it awhile they would work out some of the bugs. But no. I contacted support through email about issues and eventually a person maybe? responded with a generic cut and pasted response that didn’t answer my problem at all. Thanks Ryan! What a waste of everyone’s time. You cannot turn the phone to landscape mode in surveys where this is required so you have to quit the survey, and lose out on the time and compensation. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could reopen the same survey on a mobile or desktop browser when you have this issue, but you can’t do that anymore either. Also there is no help or contact support within a survey on the app. Also sometimes the survey just freezes and you can’t move forward, again losing out on time and compensation. I wanted to give e-rewards the benefit of the doubt on this however after the customer service response, I believe a current and accurate review was important. So don’t waste your time on the app if you are truly committed and spend a lot of time to surveying. Stick to the website. If you only use it once in awhile it’s probably fine. Also couldn’t they have had the users test the app before releasing it so any bugs could be worked out before you started marketing it to your users?I mean that’s kind of the point of the whole thing.
