Just okayI like the app overall, but it’s too rigid. If I forget to push the button when I finish my last meal, it doesn’t let me adjust the time when my fast started. Same for when my fast ended. If you’re old, like me, it’s too hard to remember to push the button every time and too discouraging to find out you can’t go back and fix the time..Version: 1.2

WhyTried the app, all it offers is a timer, I get the same help from a clock..Version: 1.2

Lacks obvious features…Such as the ability to tell it that you broke your fast some time ago and forgot to tap at the time, a schedule showing the time you can eat (rather than just a countdown), exiting (deleting) short fasts in case you accidentally double-tap, etc..Version: 1.2

TimerThis app is just a timer and you could use your phone to do the same thing. It does not keep track of your fast or hold a history of how many or when you have done them..Version: 1.2

Not pleased with this appI am not happy with this app.! You have no control of anything. For someone just starting out learning the app and wants to set goals for days and things like that it’s terrible. You hit the button to fast but if you mess up your days are off and/or your timing just runs continuously. I wanted to be able to track my goals and days of fasting but it will not let you put things in manually. You have NO way to fix it but hitting the on fast or off fast button. Not happy!.Version: 1.2

I wish you could edit the lengths of fastsLove the app. Wish I could edit the lengths of fasts afterwards cuz sometimes I forget to end fast..Version: 1.2

No way to edit fast start timeI always start fasting between 7:30-8:30 but don’t always remember to start the timer (I actually forget to do it a lot). The app doesn’t give me the ability to go back and edit the actual time I start to fast or the time I start to eat. It’s like it assumes that I have my phone with me 24/7 which I don’t. I was using another app that allowed me to edit start and stop times but with more features than I needed. I May have to find another app if this feature isn’t added. If you simply want a stopwatch, this may be for you..Version: 1.2

Love the simplicity but need to be a able to editI love the simplicity of this fasting app as I find others too busy and have too many other unnecessary distractions added into them. The reason I chose to use another app over this one is you can’t edit or add fasts manually. Sometimes you’ve started fasting without immediately pressing the button but can’t go in an hour later and change the time to reflect that. Also, if you press the stop fasting button by mistake there’s no way to correct it. It’s so close to being perfect for those who simply want to be able to track their fasting but the inflexibility means I won’t use it and looked elsewhere..Version: 1.2

Can do betterThere’s no way of stopping the timer once the fasting time period has expired. It’s an extremely limited app in terms of tracking any kind of progress besides the fasting. It would a much better app if there were ways to track food consumed and calorie intake throughout the day; rather than just relying solely upon a timer for motivation..Version: 1.2

A good appI really like this app to track fasting but I wish that there we less time like 8 or 6 hours because for a beginner 12 hours a day is a lot of fasting I just do it for 8..Version: 1.2

GlitchThe timer doesn’t shut off when I tap it to end my fasting. It just reboots and starts again. So the stats aren’t accurate..Version: 1.2

Timer onlyThis could be perfect but if you forget to press the timer you can’t adjust the time after. So you have to be diligent at pressing the timer as soon as you eat or fast..Version: 1.2

Need’s notificationsThis app (and it’s simplicity) would be great if there were alerts and notifications. I’ve just travelled, and with jet lag, I forgot to press the button so my timing’s are all messed up. Definitely need reminders to continue using..Version: 1.2

Should have a time to startWould be nice to set the time for fasting if you miss starting it on time after dinner..Version: 1.2

HmmmIt’s ok but there’s no way to amend details or correct anything if you forget to turn it on or off - so then it skews all the data. Shame. It’s too simplified I think, but appreciate that its free..Version: 1.2

Needs time check inI like how simple it is but it would be helpful to select a time. I keep forgetting to check in for fasting. If there was an option to choose the time you started fasting or eating I would be very happy. Much like the MedSafe app where you choose the day and time. Unable to make correctionsI had a notification from the app in the middle of the night to Open the App to Start Fasting. But I was Fasting. Apparently, I had inadvertently hit the timer once to few or once too many. In trying to correct the mode from feeding to fasting, the app now wrongly shows I fasted 20 times in 15 days instead of 15 in 15. My average fasting length in the app is bungled by including the erroneous statistics that were actually feeding times. There is literally no way to make any correction (as noted by a reviewer a year ago). How difficult would that be to incorporate so that the app tallies and averages are legitimate. While I like having an app to keep me accountable, I have no record of success, only a continuous reminder of my errors. Garbage In/ Garbage Out..Version: 1.2

Needs edit for historical fastsReally needs an edit on the timer, to allow for accurate recording if you get busy and forget to start and stop timer..Version: 1.3.1

I will pay $5 per year if…I would rather pay an annual fee for them to let me input the time when I stared or ended my fasts. The way it is now, I missed in input, can’t adjust it, so turns out the whole history of my tracking is destroyed and means nothing b/c the only data it provides is the average length of my fasts! What help is that if I forget to press the button a few times and then can’t adjust it?? Makes me so mad now u just want to EAT!!.Version: 1.2

DecentIt’s a decent app but I wish there was a way to edit the time when you switch from fasting to eating and eating to fasting as sometimes I forget to switch it and it would be nice if I could go back and edit it so I could be more accurate. FunctionalWhile it is very easy to use (which is a draw), it has very few functions (which is a drawback). For example, sometimes I forget to ‘start my fast window’ on time. At times like those, it would be helpful to be able to alter the times *after the fact*. But there is no way to do that..Version: 1.2

Needs improvementsI just finished my first fast of 14 hours and 23 minutes. I was going to 15 hours but stopped it accidentally. When I went to restart it I noticed it started a new fast. I stopped it. When I sent to the statistics it showed I’ve only fasted for an average of 7 hours this week. Please update this to show daily fasting so I can keep a record of it!.Version: 1.2

Good basic appRather than me setting the timer on my phone to track for how long have I fasted, I can tap a button in the app and it starts the counter and tells me if this counter is for fasting or eating. It also tells an average of fasting and eating time. It would be really helpful to see my historical data in a tabular form to check which day I fasted for how long..Version: 1.2

Not badBut my biggest niggle is that it doesn’t record the fasting hours I’ve completed so I have no record of my exact fasts or my eating times which is a bit of an issue when I’m wishing to build a diary although it’s good for keeping what hours you’ve done as a reminder on that moment..Version: 1.2

Good but not greatFor a completely free no subscription needed fasting timer app this is a good start. There are limitations to functionality but if you want an all singing all dancing bells and whistles app then you’re going to have to pay for it. This app will trend for you but it doesn’t allow you to delete an incorrect fast (I pressed the button twice and got a few seconds of fasting logged against my average). But for free it’s fine..Version: 1.2

Don’t botherThis app does nothing. It doesn’t record your fasts and you can’t edit so if you don’t push “start fasting “ right away- your timing of off because you can’t move it. Also, the length of the fast isn’t recorded just an average. Just a glorified timer..Version: 1.2

Intermittent FastingI was using an intermittent fasting tracker that was much more detailed. I didn’t need all that it offered, so trying this one out. I can’t find what the difference is between the free and the paid version. (I’m now paying for it.) Also, I wish there was a way to preplan my fasting periods so that I’m not having to remember (or put a timer on) to get into the app to click “Start Fasting.” If there is, I’m NOT aware how to do it. I’ve tried putting in a future time and the app doesn’t allow me to do that. So, I’m Not sure that this app is for me. I may only pay for this one month and cancel..Version: 1.2

Easy to use but wish you could edit fastsIf you forget to turn on / off the timer you don’t seem to be able to edit it, which affects its use as a tracker..Version: 1.2

Simple and StraightforwardLove the app, it’s simple and straightforward, very easy to use and adjust for my different fasting strategies! Only criticism I have is you cannot edit past fasting entries, for time you accidentally forget to stop/start the timer. If you miss tracking a day, you have to just try again the next day. Not quite PerfectIt’s a timer for fasting. Without a zillion other frills. Just what I needed. No adverts, can’t see any subscriptions either. Excellent. Added a few days later: I switched off my fast in error. Dropped my phone. No way of editing. Help!.Version: 1.2

Too simpleI love the simplicity, don’t get me wrong. 1 button- great. However if I don’t get to my phone exactly when I want to start or stop, there’s no way to edit the time. I went to check how much time I have left and accidentally pressed the button over an hour too early! Very frustrating..Version: 1.2

Not enough flexibilityYou can really only press start and stop, when fasting. So if you were planning of having one more meal later, but then don’t have it, there is no way to set the start time of your fast any earlier. Timer won’t stop.This app is not very good. You have no control over the timer apart from setting it to zero. It carries on even after you think you’ve switched it off. Useless! Getting rid of it..Version: 1.2

Too littleI had a more advanced fasting app for a month on a free trial and found I was mainly using it for a timer and reminder. This seemed to be the only app that is not subscription based, but there is nothing except the timer. I can have my phone just set a timer and it would be more affective cause I can still end it or start it easily. This app does not even include a widget or any compatibility with voice assistant on your phone. All that would be fine if I could just edit the time my fast starts or ends. I am still new to fasting and do not always remember to log my first meal or my last. But it is set in stone if you forget you just cannot accurately track your fast. Not enough to call this more than a timer app..Version: 1.3
