✓ Not gonna lie!I was skeptical! I’ve tried different apps and websites, but this by far has been the easiest; for me! Everyone’s experience and perspectives are different. I took my time and for about a month I put all what I wanted and slowly directed my customers to the link for trial and errors. Everyone of my customers love it! ✓ I really love this App!This is my first time using an app for my business and I cannot stress enough how nice the experience has been. I was dreading the setup process but the app is very user friendly and the best part is my updates happen instantly so I can bounce back and forth and view the live site so I know exactly what my customer sees. ✓ I LOVE BAKESYI have been using this app for a year and it has helped keep me extremely organized. It’s also very user friendly and simple for my customers when they are making an order. My only wish is if we had the capability to go back in edit the payment amount after the order has been marked “confirmed” . When I send out my invoices I require a deposit to secure the order. I have had several occasions on large orders where my customer will pay the deposit, (once received I will confirm the order and the system automatically updates the balance left remaining) then a few days later they will pay more money to pay down the balance before their pickup. Once I confirm the order it doesn’t allow me to go back and edit the amount left remaining, I have to keep track of that in the notes section. Other than that I really and truly LOVE this app!.Version: 2.3.6

✓ Missing some features but a good service overallI need to be able to set a maximum number of orders for certain items on each day. This is not a feature, unfortunately. ✓ BakesyWell, here you have it, the one and only app for your small business Bakery needs. As an IT guy, I found this app simple enough that most technical challenge folks can get the job done at ease. The recommendations, would be give the same drop down for deliveries to your customers as you see creating an order using the app. Helps avoid having to create the questionnaire section for delivery. The other thing I want is because being OCD, have a way to remove items you add under offerings, flavors, etc. I.E., I created a bunch of keyword in the past but I want to clean up these items I don’t use and more importantly I don’t see them any longer, make it self service in that regards. ✓ Loving the app!I really love using the app! It has made keeping track of my orders a lot easier! One thing I would like to suggest would be to have the option to remove the deposit fields. ✓ So happy to have this appI make decorated sugar cookies and previous to downloading Bakesy, I took orders through Instagram, Facebook, text message, email...you name it. I was always terrified I’d forget an order and I was always flipping through different apps to find the details of an order while I was working on it...sooo much wasted time. Bakesy has been so awesome and I’m hoping to eventually get 100% of my customers to order through it because it keeps me so organized and does my invoicing for me, which also saves me a ton of time! ✓ A couple things I’d changeI am really loving using Bakesy! It’s helped to organize my orders and streamline my process. The only things I would change is the ability to integrate into my phones system calendar so I can see my to do list at a glance instead of clicking into each day that has a dot on it. Another thing I would add is a daily prep list that auto generates according to the orders due - with the ability to change start dates as I start my sourdough orders the day before so I can bake them the morning they’re due. One more thing would be to limit the amount of items I can sell PER DAY. I can limit an order amount, but if everyone came in and ordered 6 of one thing for the same day I’d be completely overwhelmed. So maybe an “inventory” section or something of that sort? Overall it’s a great app and has helped me gain the confidence to take on more than I thought possible initially. I can’t wait to see if they add improvements!.Version: 2.6.3

✓ SUPER IMPRESSEDI’m beyond grateful for this app let me just say that for one because I am a homebaker. I basically do everything by myself when it comes from the baking, decorating, creating content and clean up. There’s so much to do in this app helps out so much because it puts everything that I need in order. I love how they just added the new review system, so my customers can leave recommendations and comments about their order. It gives me insight on what I can do better or what I can approve on. I love how I can ask all the questions I need for each individual item that is listed in my menu as well as send invoices to my customers, making me look more professional! I appreciate the help chat services as well! They always respond back fast and help me with whatever assistance or questions I need. Some ideas I think they could add are the number of orders in total when going to order history. Especially when you print out your yearly page that way it’s easier to know how many orders you did throughout the year. Also upgrading the main page to where it looks more like a webpage. Like you can view some of the products before tapping on the request order page. Other than that, I really like this app and I will continue to use this..Version: 2.8.2
✓ Loving itAs a brand new small bakery business in Southwest Va, I was looking for an app that was user friendly on both ends. This is perfect! It is small and simple enough that my brand new baking self can handle it alongside my customers on the other end. They provide a generous trial period (which I’m still in) but I know 100% that I will be continuing. Their support line is directly connected to your inbox and everytime I have messaged with a question, I’ve received a reply within an hour and sometimes instantly. She is one that is very particular about what she likes (she has a refined taste and has that coinage to have experienced the finer things in life) and so to please her, is saying alot! I am one that is not big on lemon cakes however, my other aunt, who feels the same, discussed it. It was weird, we aren't one who are big on lemon cakes but this, because it tasted so fresh as oppose to processed tasting cakes, loved this cake! All this to say, you are truly annointed at what you do, if you were ever wondering, you have a calling. We may think sometime, oh it's just food, it's just clothing, etc. but God wants His people to saturate the world!! ✓ Good app. A few major bugs.Overall great app. One major issue though is that if you opt to require orders in “dozens” it asks the customer to specify a numerical quantity (not in dozens — it says at the top 6 = Half dozen). If a customer enters “12” for 1 dozen In the invoice for the request it will say 12 dozens. So currently if someone enters “6” for 1/2 dozen the final invoice sent to both parties would make it impossible to tell if it was for 6 actual cookies or 6 dozen, both of which are very likely quantities. It would be nice if we could opt to stick to all quantities in dozens throughout the process (increments of 0.5 dozen) or to opt to only numerical quantities (not restricted to dozens or half dozens). [UPDATE]: It appears the issue has been resolved. Impressed with how quickly they address and patch bugs 10/10..Version: 2.5.3

✓ Love it with some updatesI absolutely love this app. I think it could be better if we were able to edit attachments and pictures in a current order. I would also like to be able to pay out an order that someone has paid cash without sending the customer something. I know we can do that through customer service but it would be better if we were able to do it. ✓ This app is a lifesaverI truly love this app, i think it is very worth every penny of the subscritpion, i looked at numerous apps for my at home baking business and there isnt ANYTHING compared to this. i give it four stars because there are some little things that make it somewhat complicated, i shared with the IT end of it the issues i was having with changing around "my products" and how it wouldn't work. I also explained to them how when i would change the order of the questions, the back end of the settings would get a little messy and mix up the questions with the products. i truly hope they make this sutiable for Laptops and what not, i also recommend that we be able to put a discount in when a customer orders a certain amount of something so that instead of the automatic adding, it would apply the disocunt :) just a thought :).Version: 2.8.2
