✓ Poor communication to storeLove the coffee and the staff at the shop in Clintonville, unfortunately there seems to be some poor communication between ordering on the app and it getting to the store. I order a regular coffee on the app 15-20 minutes before I arrive to the store just to make sure I can quickly walk in and pick it up, and I get asked by the staff if I placed an order while I’m waiting inside for it almost every time..Swood012Version: 4.012.0001

✓ Just okayThe app is adequate. You can tell there wasn’t much thought put into it. A couple things that could be improved: 1. It’s frustrating that you can’t click “I’m here” for curbside pickup until after your order is ready, so you have to keep refreshing while parked if you get there early. It would be nice to be able to click that whenever. 2. The app also doesn’t convert the recent order into items into your cart for the current order if you want to purchase again.
