✓ Finally!I have had ReadyFresh for over a year and their service and products are great. But their website... not so much. They have made some improvements to it but it’s still a little clunky. This app was desperately needed and I am so happy it’s finally here! I often change my quantity of delivery items or my delivery dates and frequency and this app will make that much easier than on the website. Everything is there so easy to see and find! Products. ✓ App is okay service could be betterNot a terrible app but it falls short on several levels. For example you can’t cancel your deliveries, you have to cancel all your deliveries (which seems to also close your account) and then talk to a customer service rep before they’ll allow it. Otherwise you can only keep skipping your deliveries. Also if you enter your credit card info they hold it hostage because you can’t delete it without adding a replacement payment method..MadpadVersion: 4.6.0

✓ Log in Credentials don’t workI received a suggestion that when entering my email address a phantom space my appear at the end of the email. There is no such phantom space. And my credentials still do not work. I also see from the reviews I am not the only one with this issue. I have no confidence that changing my credentials on the web site, which continue to work, will solve this issue. And I don’t have time to do that. There is an issue with the app, pure and simple. I can use my credentials on the website to log into my account with no problem. However, using the same credentials on the app tells me that my credentials are not correct. I know they are. ✓ Fantastic new app!After years of muddling through frustrating apps for RR, this new app is a wonder. It took me to the exact page I most frequently use... delivery info. The app makes adding products so much easier than previous versions. To say I love home water delivery is an understatement. The brands, bottle varieties and flavor choices makes drinking water fun and interesting. Each family member gets to choose their favorite product each month. Best of all, we no longer have to lug heavy water through a store when it’s simply dropped at our door..RRefreshMeVersion: 2.0.0

✓ Can’t connect to get customer serviceI have tried and tried to get help to clarify my delivery schedule and the fact that I am being charged for deliveries that were supposed to be free with the “membership” I signed up for for $99 per year. Taking away the ability to call for customer service is a huge mistake. And when I signed up for this extra “membership” , you had in writing as an enticement that you “are in the front of the line for customer service”. Complete lie and false advertisement. I will be leaving as soon as I can find another company. And, btw, I will take my business service elsewhere as well, which was a large account..RBodieVersion: 4.1.1

✓ Very easy to use app - very reasonable pricesThe app has gotten ALOT smoother and easier to operate as well as intuitively understand in the past 1/2 year we have been using it. As far as products, very reasonable prices - especially for delivery. TIP: If you are signing up for monthly deliveries, join one of the ‘hydration’ programs! Talking with the drivers/deliverers, by joining this program you get a more solidified spot on the deliver routes and the prices are better!.ComputerdanVersion: 4.4.1

✓ Fantastic water and serviceMy friend Jessica told me about Ready Refresh water. I was hesitant at 1st but now after receiving my 1st delivery I’m a customer for life. I live in Pleasanton Tx and the city water smells bad and can NOT be healthy to drink. Ready Refresh not only has the big 5 gallon bottles of water with the dispensers, you can also get cases of plain bottled water or cases of flavored water, coffee the works!!! They did front porch delivery and it was so easy to get it hooked up.. Finally...... Water I’m NOT AFRAID to drink!!!!.JollynoelleVersion: 4.1.1

✓ Delicious waterI was skeptical at using this water company at first because I never heard about them. But I had a good friend of mine who used them and I had to try them I can’t believe I didn’t try them sooner. I do use app and the water comes in a very timely manner with updates as they get closer. I even ordered too much water once and I was able to skip a delivery via the app which is very easy to use. I’m glad I went with this company and this method of getting water it has save me money because before this I was spending about $20 a week on pure life water by going to Walmart. ✓ Great Service, Excellent Pricing!I had Zephyhills, now called Ready Fresh delivery when I lived in Broward County for over 20 years. Their service and pricing are great. I’m originally from NY and I do not like Florida tap water and like my water very crisp and cold so the Water Cooler which provides hot/cold is perfect. The drivers are professional, very cordial and always show up at the time they are scheduled. Additionally, the pricing is great when signing up for the yearly membership. The 6 Pack Orangciatta and Blood Orange Sparkling water are $1.00 cheaper than Publix!!!!! Love Ready Fresh!.LarryG59Version: 4.4.2

✓ At long last! An app for water delivery!Fantastic new app! So easy to see when next water delivery will come have ability to skip or change the date. Clear tabs at bottom to add new items to order. Easy to find previous invoices/payments! I have been a customer for 2 years and never liked the website.
