✓ So far it’s 5 starsI’m not really sure yet. Everything is gorgeous on the outside like usual but then you go in and you find out some things. A Walk through is more than just checking if your faucet turns on and a toilet flushes. I think you’d save a thousand questions and work orders if you did those silly things. Not everyone knows how to work smart technology etc. The men and and women at the office could use an attitude adjustment. So far that’s all. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, there’s a path on the complex I live in that leads towards Chippewa Lake. Which if you know that area , it’s a historic land mark city..Version: 14.6.0

Not being techno savy, even I learned how to follow steps to make a request. ✓ The app is wonderful!I have loved living in a Redwood Neighborhood in Michigan. This app is really great for setting up payments and submitting work orders. So far there has only been a few hiccups but nothing that hasn’t been worked out. I can see my monthly statements in my document section and I can see my balance, but they don’t always jive and that’s a problem. You should be able to follow adjustments and so far I have not been able to do that..Version: 14.6.0
