Redwood AppThis app does not support all of the info you really need. No access to past payments and invoices and the trash and water invoices dont give full information charges. The service needed portion is great!.Version: 17.2.0

Kenny is fabulous!Kenny who maintains the property is the gem of the Redwood! He is such a pleasant person that expertly and efficiently handles all request. The property is well maintained all the time due to him. He is personable and cares about the residents. Thank YOU Kenny!.Version: 14.6.0

Rent paymentI tried for five days to pay this rent so that it was paid on time. However the account that had been stored had been removed. The new account that had been added was never verified. After five days and writing two emails and making a phone call complaining, it finally worked. However I was charged a significant late fee for problems that were not under my control. I do not use checks nor do I use PayPal or Venmo or any of those things. I have it directly taken from my bank account.I do not believe I should have been charged a late charge and expect to get that payment returned..Version: 14.6.0

No break down of your billI have tried and tried to find an itemized bill and cant. I’m just stuck paying whatever they decide with no explanation..Version: 14.6.0

Redwood AppTerrible communication with this app/apartment. Maintenance requests get submitted but there’s no communication on when they plan to come out, when they actually come, or what they did when they did come. Just a survey after asking how they did after..Version: 14.6.0

App is horrible for payments; corporate refuses to reply.This review is of the app, not the rental community. The app consistently prompts for autopsy but doesn’t allow variable amounts, despite the fact that the water charges are variable each month. EVERY TIME you open the app, it prompts you to leave a review for a redwood. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve been trying to reach Robert Idoine, the CTO of Redwood (acc to website) via email and phone message for months, but no reply. Seems like once you sign a lease, they don’t give a fig for your experience with their app..Version: 14.6.0

Manager overreach/oversightIn a nutshell, the current manager has “supervisoritis’ and has since his arrival. For the most part, people who can afford the rent here, do not need to be condescended to by such commentary as, ‘I’m so happy to be your neighborhood manager’ type of speak. Geesh! We just want to live....leave us be. Most of us are in transition between this temporary existence and another landing. Can’t wait to leave..Version: 13.3.0

FrustratingI have quite a bit f trouble with the app. There is never anything posted. It’s convenient to pay rent but account information won’t save for me..Version: 14.6.0

So soWhen I put in a maintenance request, it doesn’t seem to be addressed as quickly as I would like it to be. There are some things that have been in the queue for over a week and never been addressed. Therefore, I don’t know if my information is being uploaded properly because I have not had any communications..Version: 14.6.0

Redwood DeltaI would never recommend this place! Huge mistake I made. Especially for the cost. Many issues with things not working, availability of leasing agents to contact for info rarely ever answer a call let alone take a day to get back to you. Maintenance, god only knows if they truly exist to do what they are supposed to be doing. Yet when I did see them they where trailering a brand new fridge behind a golf cart meaning holding it while dragging it thru the road like old school days to another unit, it’s no wonder my main fridge door is messed up. Let alone No AC for over a month. Ridiculous!.Version: 16.4.0
