✓ Lots of errors!Reservations in app are a great idea but it rarely works!!.MfewVersion: 13.3.0

✓ Slower and Less FeaturesThe app lags (like a lot) so loading pages takes forever. Plus there is way less content than the previous app (Mobile Doorman): less community features as far as information on the local area and the complex itself, FAQs, staff information, covid resources etc. Making reservations (for example, the loading dock) is unintuitive if it is even available (I have yet to find this feature). This app works for paying rent and maintenance requests I guess but has lost all of the other features. But even then the features it does have are a pain to use because of the insane lagging..SarahTimminsVersion: 13.3.0

✓ Huge bug fixes NeededThe app has several issues when it comes to logging in to the application. It seems as if when your phone is on the elevator or not connected to wifi it causes the application to automatically try to log you in. Yesterday it tried logging me in 34 times in two minutes locking my account which prevented me from accessing my account to unlock my door. This bug needs to be fixed immediately. Tenants don’t have time to wait and go through the hassle of resetting their password and waiting for a 30 minute lockout period each time this happens..Disgruntled TenantVersion: 16.8.0
