Do not recommendI would never rent from Alta terra again personally had a terrible experience and since this is an app review the app is trash too and it takes forever for rent to be posted almost like they’re trying to get a late fee out of you on top of the already 1200+rent for incredibly outdated homes..Version: 14.6.0

I hate vine brook10/10 would not recommend. My house has black mold and no one has ever come to inspect it. my bath tub has leaked since day 1. They told me it’s a quite neighborhood but my neighbors throw ACTUAL CONCERTS in there back yard on week nights. They terrorize my dogs. They send you notices to leave after you have paid rent and it take 1 entire month for them to call you back about a rent extension. You will hear from their lawyers before you hear from them. Worst run business in America..Version: 14.6.0

Predatory Business practicesI moved into a more expensive property because three days before I moved states they said they couldn’t offer me that property due to inspection. They just wanted me to pay for a more expensive property. The maintenance function on the app is trash . They will attempt to charge you $75 every time you put in a request, regardless of it being the landlords obligation. Want your money back? You’ll have to call personally and send consistent emails and they still might try not to send you a refund. The electrical shorted and broke my gaming pc. The customer service person kept repeating the trash recommendations of re maintenance man they sent. After much harassment the Augusta supervisor sends a real election who finds a leak in the roof that caused the shortage. When circling back with customer service she said she’d give me a curtsey refund. Thanks for the curtesy of a broken $1000 computer. Thanks for the curtesy of having to take my lunch everyday for weeks to harass customer support over maintenance and refund. They only moved when I quoted the tenant landlord handbook for my state. If you haven’t signed a lease, steer clear..Version: 14.6.0

Vinebrook homes reviewThis is not only the worst leasing company I have ever had the chance to rent from, but their application services are just as reflective of their actual services. Not only are you on able to make specified payment amounts, but the team refuses to respond to emails if you have an emergency, and when you said emergency work orders nobody repairs them as needed. I have been dealing with the same issue since February 2021 and it is now November 2021 and nothing has changed..Version: 14.6.0

Payments/balancesNot being able to see what the charge is for especially after rent was paid in full and I used the email contact feature after I was not able to reach anyone over the phone and never received a response from the email either..Version: 14.6.0

Card IssuesYou guys need to fix the debit/credit card issue. It started with me paying the app to apply for the house I just moved in. It did not accept my card or my sisters or my mothers card. We have Wright platt credit union and my mom has chase. Nothing is wrong with our accounts or cards. Everything works just fine, but when we try to pay in the app, it did not work and that was frustrating to work with because I have important payments I needed to make on time. Other then that the app works fine so far….Version: 14.6.0

ReviewSome of the things on the app are easy to access, but there’s also some things that don’t allow you to access. Like you can’t look up maintenance request unless you know all the specific information and there was one online that was a city request but I couldn’t even open it or read it because I didn’t have the number. But how am I supposed to know what the city is complaining about? If I’m not told what the issue was so I can fix it?.Version: 14.6.0

Verifying AccountI think this app is a rip off for you to pay more by not verifying checking accounts. You’re forced to use a card which charges a fee. I’ve been trying to get my two different checking accounts verified for over 9 months and still nothing..Version: 14.6.0

DifficultMaking a transition to this from previous portal to pay our rent was a nightmare and it cause us to pay a late fee because it take days fir bank verification 3-5 and than it wasn’t verified… so we ended up having to pay with debit card in which they charged us 4.95 to do on top of late fees.Version: 14.6.0

Disappointing TenantRight now, I’m extremely disappointed with this company. Tenants pay waaaaayyyyy toooo much money to not receive a professional call back. The system now seems really greedy and incompetent. Someone is getting paid to do nothing. So my review is you guys need to work on being more professional if you are going to charge tenants house payments and car payments put together for a home. At least be more consistent with your tenants who pay you on time and cause you no trouble. And I would never refer anyone to use your company, because your WHOLE company lack professionalism which is extremely sad. Have a blessed year people!.Version: 14.6.0

Residents need a phone call before maintenance arrivesAfter asking a few questions, the maintenance man that came said he was unable to call me beforehand because the app does not show the residents phone number before the pull up. Residents need to know before someone comes. This causes a huge inconvenience for both parties.Version: 14.6.0

Doesn’t take paymentI paid my rent on the fourth. It said it was processing and it will take up to two hours to post. I got a message saying thank you that my rent was paid. However, I woke up this morning checking my account and it didn’t take the payment..Version: 14.6.0
