The best yoga app ever!As the title suggests, this really is the best yoga app! Hannah is an incredible teacher and had really helped me fall in love with yoga. It has helped me so much in recent weeks in easing anxiety, whilst also helping me to build strength both mentally and physically. Hannah’s cues are perfect, and I finally feel I know what I am doing in my own body when it comes to yoga. Brilliant App! Highly recommend 😊I have been using this app daily now since June 2022 and it’s made a massive difference to my yoga practice which in turn has improved my anxiety greatly. I love the variety of classes and the the new classes and challenges that are uploaded regularly to keep me motivated and wanting to practice. Such great energy!!Today I tried my first 25 minute energizing flow and it was amazing! Simply amazing!I started following Hannah on Instagram and tried a couple challenges. When the app came out I decided to try it out. I love her and her classes! She has creative and fiery flows but balances it out. I just finished the spinal flow and it felt amazing. Last night, I tried the sleep meditation and it put me right to sleep. The best yoga app I’ve usedThis app, along with the emails, feels very personalised and it is very easy to use. Love it!I have no idea how I came to know about Hannah Barrett Yoga, but I love it. She’s so relatable and down to earth and encourages listening to your body instead of trying to make your yoga practice look a certain way. Best yoga app for ALL abilities 🙌🏼I’ve been using Hannah Barrett yoga for months now and can honestly say her classes have changed my practice in many ways. I started my home practice in March 2020 and I wasn’t seeing too much of an improvement, since starting Hannah’s classes my core is so much stronger and it’s enabled me to venture into the world of inversions which I LOVE doing! I love how Hannah breaks down how you should be doing each pose, a lot of other teachers I’ve used show you the posture, but don’t go into detail so you could have incorrect alignment. I did find Hannah’s app taught me how to properly engage my core, for which I’m grateful. Hannah’s classes always have different movements in which keep me improving my strength, I also enjoy them more as opposed to doing the same kind of flows each day. More than just and app, Hannah is a supportive teacherThe yoga happy app is everything and more than you could possibly want from a yoga app. Firstly, Hannah is a an amazing teacher. She is so clear and direct with her words that you don’t even have to be looking at the screen to be able to follow. My favorite yoga app.I’ve tried other yoga apps and this was definitely the best. I started doing her classes on YouTube after following her on Instagram and I’m always so thankful I stumbled upon her video and saved it. Getting my body back after pregnancyI really like Hannah’s teaching style and find the classes easy to follow. Life changing app!This app is fabulous. I had been practicing Pilates for a few years but was a complete beginner to yoga. I started with the Summer Shorts challenge doing 15 mins a day and saw the benefits of a daily yoga practice in days. I will now gladly shoehorn a 30min+ flow into my day. Brilliant for pregnancy and beyondHaving practised yoga at home regularly for a few years, I really struggled to know how best to continue my practice when I fell pregnant, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I purchased the HBY app in the hope that it would help me re-establish a daily practice in safe way during my third trimester, and it has not disappointed! Even just 15 minutes on the mat with Hannah has helped me create some much needed space and relieve some of the discomfort of late stage pregnancy. Accessible yoga for all!For the past decade have taken a yoga class or two each year- always wanting to catch the bug but never quite clicking with it- until now! Amazing Resource for Yoga at Home!I’ve been following Hannah on Instagram for some time now and have also used some of her e-guides and her instruction and classes have significantly improved my practice. This app contains so many different flows and drills so there’s something for every aspect of your practice. Love it!!Been using this app since 4th Jan after seeing Hannah being recommended on IG by another fitness girl I follow. One of the gifts of lockdownThis yoga app has, quite simply, changed my life. I am a working mum with very little time for myself, and when lockdown hit I was at burnout from a very busy life. As a Play Therapist I have continued to go out to work through the pandemic and, early on, knew I had no choice but to tackle my mental and physical health in order to get through, as I was at rock bottom. I discovered Hannah on Instagram and connected with her warm style and exceptional knowledge of how the body works. I decided to try out the app for the flexibility of being able to practise when I want, around my work and my children. And it is now the cornerstone of my self-care programme. USER FRIENDLY APP FOR THE EXPERIENCED AND INEXPERIENCED YOGII have been practicing yoga on and off for many years. Best App on my phone right nowI am LOVING this app... what can I say - it has literally SAVED my lockdown ! It has everything in one place - meditations, soft flows , challenging flows and best of all are the challenges . The 42 day reset challenge is genius in my opinion . I NEVER want to practice at home, find it hard to motivate myself and generally can never find the time , however all Hannah asks for in this challenge is 10 minutes a day ! Just Wow!!Giving Yoga a try for the first time has been a long time coming. I can honestly say after just one of Hannah’s free sessions, I’m going to be hooked. Loving the accessibility and versatilityI started following Hannah Barrett on Instagram as she seemed to be a yogi that focused not just on the flexibility and relaxation of the practice, but the strength and athletic ability that could come with it. Challenging & MotivatingApp format is very user friendly. Excellent variety of classes. I especially like Hannah’s concept of activating the muscles, this has deepened my practice. Every class feels like a private lesson, with great cues, options & encouraging words. I’m currently doing the 28 day Back to Balance challenge & motivated to do others. I discovered this after doing Hannah’s 10 day Yoga challenge with Wanderlust TV, also an excellent choice. HBY app classes - Never a dull moment, my mind is engaged to stay focus. I have not had any issues & can pause or rewind if I need to during any class. The daily words of wisdom from the Positive Energy section coupled with the ones after each class and the inspirational words during class sets this app apart from rest. Love Hannah and her app!!I’ve been doing yoga on line for a while now and not long ago discovered Hannah Barrett on YouTube, which is where I usually find classes. I really loved her and her classes and found them different than many I’d done. Up until this point I hadn’t paid anything to do yoga online other than a donation here and there. I couldn’t love it more!!There aren’t enough words to describe how much I love the Hannah Barrett yoga app. The mixture of practices is fabulous. Really geared towards mum struggling to always clear 60 mins for an online yoga classI have practised yoga for about 12 years but since having my little boy two years ago, I’ve really struggled to find time to practise yoga as regularly as I would like to, particularly because I love the structure of a class so much. I’m new to the app but I’m one month into the new year challenge and I have really enjoyed it. The variety of classes, the ability to practise every day from 6-65 minutes, Hannah’s focus on anatomy (particularly on the glutes (a life long weakness of mine) and core (a real issue postpartum!)), it’s well shot and really accessible. The Best Yoga AppI’ve been doing yoga off and on for a few years and love a live class when that is possible. But under the current circumstances zoom and apps have been my yoga classes and this app has been my best find. The classes are varied and are suitable for all levels. Everything YogaThis app is perfect for a beginner or a confident yogi. Hannah explains everything clearly and names her yoga poses. She explains correct alignment and shows you how to take up or down the pose to reach the goal you have. She offers challenges that progress over the month and short classes. Yoga teacher in trainingI’ve downloaded a lot of yoga apps in my time and this is bar far my favourite (much better than Alo Moves which feels too competitive and more like a workout to me) I’m currently training to be a yoga teacher and I use this app to supplement my training.
