✓ AMAZING IDEA, slow app :(I’ve been looking for an app like this for soooo long! I finally found you guys on TikTok and downloaded right away. When the app loads properly, it’s amazing. You can ask and answer questions of any kind and you even find questions you didn’t think of but offer you good advice on your feed. The problem is that the app takes so long to load. I think this app would be great if I didn’t have to restart the app everytime I saw a thread I wanted to read and reply to!! Still live the app, so PLEASE fix this!! ✓ Misleading Marketing Dupes WomenThe founder(s) of this app have been marketing this as a "social app for women" to take advantage of its users. Your input is being collected to feed into their AI so that they can profit from your experiences, conversations, and personal information without rightfully paying you. ✓ SO MUCH SPAM!Edit - they are STILL emailing me after at least 8 requests for this stupid company to remove my data. AHHHH STOP EMAILING ME!!! I have tried multiple times to delete and close my account (by email, through IG, through LinkedIn); however no one replies to any of the emails and they will continue to spam you for months on end. Terrible platform (only works in their time zone otherwise you are notified the talk/event has already happened or is in the future), the chat groups are useless, the ‘hosts’ create groups then never add anything else or reply to people, their spammy emails are never ending, and there are very few ways to actually contact someone if you want to close your account. ✓ Too slow and many anonymous users to enjoy!I have never downloaded an app so fast! As soon as I heard about Diem I installed and used. The concept is great, the app not so much. It takes forever to load or sometimes just doesn’t. I like answering questions but it lags on my phone, autocorrect doesn’t work all the time, and when submitting answers sometimes the app will freeze. I am certain it is no my phone as I have plenty of memory and do not get this issue with other apps. Also, the community is sometimes not there. There are so many anonymous posts/questions it feels deserted and like it is bot created content. It feels empty. With the heavy amount of users that are supposedly using the app, I would have expected more. I will give this app more time because I love the concept, it is just very frustrating as a user..Version: 1.0.80

✓ Anonymity issueI created a post anonymously and then responded to a user but forgot to tick anonymous when replying. There is a button to choose whether your comment/post is anonymous each time. I tried to edit my comment as I was not comfortable being not anonymous but the button to change this option does not work. This is really bad when people are trying to get help with issues they may find embarrassing and/or don’t want to be identified. The app should automatically assume the person wants to be anonymous considering the nature/purpose of the app. A button should then be available to make your account visible. On top of this, a comment/post should be editable to change this option. I believe the button during the edit was meant to do this but obviously doesn’t work. Disappointed because I think the anonymity of it all is really important..Version: 1.0.80

Most of the content is created by Diem, so not really social, more like a newsletter than a social media app or search engine. Slow or no functionality in app. Limited content variability. ✓ Great app but super glitchyI love this app!! it’s a great resource for support and just normal chatting and advice! however, it is EXTREMELYYYY glitchy. for example, it won’t let me upload a profile photo or delete posts, and sometimes it posts my responses to the wrong questions. some things it just keep loading and never stop and i end up having to close out of the app and re open it. it also freezes at random times. if you don’t mind the glitchy-ness, this is a wonderful app!! :).Version: 1.0.89

✓ Can use a lot of improvementIt’s a great idea, sort of like reddit but for the girlypops. I know they recently went viral but omg is it so slow! Can barely do anything on the app because it takes forever to load (if it loads). I would also suggest allowing posters to select the categories/tags they want a post to go in. ✓ Mostly goodVery useful and interesting app needs more marketing maybe sponsor a few videos right now there is not enough users to get a wider variety of feed back. There are a ton of filters but they do not load fast enough you have to wait for the next 10 to load and make more general filters. I do like the option to be anonymous. The part I like least about this app is there is no way you determine that the actual users are girls you are saying and marketing that it is just for women but there is no way to show that there are only just women users makes for uncomfortable posting.Version: 1.0.80
✓ Glitchy, but love the conceptI wish this app worked better! I keeps shutting down, won’t let me navigate the platform, and won’t accept updates to my profile. I’ve never been able to hear any of the discussions either, i see then happening, read the comments, but there’s no audio. I updated the latest version just now and problems persist. ✓ Love the concept, but it doesn’t workThe idea of this app is awesome - I just don’t get to actually enjoy it. The app constantly freezes, the audio doesn’t work, or it brings me back to the sign-up form, forcing me to answer the prompts every time. The discussion topics are so awesome and I really want to be able join in on the conversation! Diem is still very new, and I’m hopeful these bugs will be resolved soon!.Version: 1.0.41
