✓ Glitched subscriptionI loved the app when I could use it, but after I bought a subscription I can’t really enjoy it. Once I realized it would stop me from watching yt or using social medias without wifi, I just couldn’t use it anymore. I bought a one month subscription in February and I canceled it before the month ended, but it was still in effect. Now, in August, over 6 months since I bought the subscription, I can barely use my phone. Apple can’t help me since the company is a 3rd party so all I can do is contact the company. Also, my account has disappeared and I can’t login to it and I’ve tried every email I have to get into it. I need to be able to fully use my phone without wifi again. I’m still giving 4 stars because the app did help for a little bit and it’s the best reboot app I’ve encountered, but I could still use everything with wifi so it was kinda pointless. It’s now November 2023 and my subscription glitch still hasn’t been fixed and I haven’t received any message back. I need social media because I’m trying to post stuff that’s outside of my house.
