✓ Barcode disappearedLoved having my card with the barcode in the app. Somehow it has disappeared? Deleted card and app and reinstalled and reloaded card MANY times. Still no barcode. So frustrating!.Version: 2.0.4

✓ Bug filled software updateOSLRI updated its app & boy did they NOT get their money’s worth. I have an iPhone & nothing on the app works for my account. I can’t access my holds list. I can’t access my reading history. I can’t access info on overdue fees or fines. I CAN’T REQUEST BOOKS!!! Lousy product. Circasst.Version: 2.0.2
✓ Major design issuesI was so excited for this app! The website is not great and not that easy to search for items. So I was excited however. The app is not much better. The app is on a white background with off white/tan lettering so pretty much invisible. It took me forever to even add my card to the account as I had to guess. The words are literally invisible and couldn’t tell where username / password went. The search is the same. In accounts, super confusing to see the status of your holds. Can you please fix pronto! Otherwise, unfortunately, will have to delete..Version: 1.0
