I didn’t love this as much as I wanted to.I am desperate to figure out how to manage my ADHD. I wanted this app to change my life. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. If you’re someone who has investigated other tools, chances are that none of the info will be new. The most painful part for me is that the most frequent tip is to journal, or write it down. My executive functions are deficient; I am terrible at time management. Finding time to journal or write it down and reflect is often a time consuming and stress-inducing task.
