✓ Love this game but…I have played this game for a few years and have loved it! Paid to have the ads dropped no biggie for me, BUT, it’s like they’ve stopped updating it since early 2023, there are no new hotels, the challenges are the same, and not updated with seasonal content. I’ve had it for so long I’ve solved all the hotels. I’m disappointed that they’re not updating it with new hotels, challenges, and so forth. Couple of items I’d like to see …get rid of the fish tank, decorating the rooms, and make the edges a bit cleaner on the main screen, along with more hotels, bring back the cooking challenge, and don’t be so routine in your challenges, every weekend you have the stupid fish and it was never expanded beyond what it Is. All that to say, for someone new it will be fun for a long while but once you’ve had it for a year or so, and solved the hotels it’s game over!.Version: 1.0.73
✓ Fun but REALLY BUGGYThis game is the one I play most consistently. Its really fun. BUT the amount of commercials you have to watch in order to play it well, can be fun prohibitive. Also it’s really buggy. 70% of the time there is some sort of bug issue. They tend to fix them within 24hrs but it’s specifically this problem that stops me from investing money in this game. Also, their offers are terrible. And, even if I spend 10 bucks on a pittance of beneficial game assets, I’m still gonna have to watch their incessant commercials in order to complete my game levels so what’s the point?! Bottom line, if you have the time, the game can be fun. If you don’t, do not bother, it will annoy the crap out of you..Version: 1.0.42
✓ HappyWell I have to say, I don’t like many games. But this one I go back to again and again. Yes the ads shown in the App Store aren’t true game play. However, hey update often and add in new mini games/competitions regularly. Some of the added content doesn’t really seem rewarding to me. Ex; the feeding of the pets, fish tank, etc. I don’t think the game needs all that to keep me happy. ALSO, I do enjoy that the choice of watching the ads can indeed give you game bonuses! ✓ Very fun - but hard if you don’t want to spend $ to playI really love this game! They’ve changed it recently to make it harder to pass levels without spending money which is SUPER frustrating. But there are ways around that if you don’t mind watching a bunch of ads. I love the game for its pace and creativity. The levels are fun and you can go back to old levels if you’d like. They offer random stuff like being able to have a pet to feed (I still can’t figure out the purpose)-I wish those led to collecting more gems. But overall, this game has given me hours of fun and relaxation with just enough challenge. Glitches have been addressed and the game is again one of the best. It is one of the best games to increase coins and diamonds in order to complete upgrades and get boosts without breaking the bank. ✓ Enjoy playing but issues loading the appWould have been 5* but after completing the first hotel, the second one won’t download so I thought I’d try force closing the app and reloading - bad idea because now the game won’t load up at all! ✓ Honest reviewIf you don’t like watching ads or if you don’t have much patience, I wouldn’t get this game. This game is literally all about ads in my opinion. Hotel Craze is a pretty easy game to me. I’m on hotel number 13 and each hotel is a different theme with different difficulty levels. There’s only 80 levels for each hotel. HOWEVER, I will say this, I’ve been having trouble with literally having to watch an ad after every level because I didn’t complete the goal. This is why I say if you don’t have the patience to watch an ad, this game isn’t for you because of these reasons: if you don’t have enough diamonds, watch an ad. If you don’t have enough money, watch an ad. If you can’t complete the level and need an extra customer, watch an ad. If don’t have any more power ups, watch an ad. If you need to feed your pets, watch an ad. You literally have to watch an ad for EVERYTHING. other than that, the game is pretty addictive and fun. You CAN beat the levels with a little patience. It’s not as difficult as some people say. Don’t do the excess events that cause you to use the diamonds you earned for the actual hotel levels but DO EVERY EVENT THAT WILL EARN YOU MONEY, DIAMONDS AND POWER UPS. ✓ Fun game but didn’t credit my diamonds!I love playing this game and actually pay for diamonds to play a level faster. Now I’m really frustrated because I paid for the 1100 diamonds pack 2 times to get the 2 for 1 deal on 11/6 which should give me 3300 diamonds but the first purchase credited me nothing and the second purchase credited me 1100. I’m using the Contact Us in-game to explain the issue and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my missing 2200 diamonds. You told me to send proof of purchase via email so I did but still nothing. If I spent all my diamonds I bought I might make purchases again but until I get what I already paid for, I’m waiting. I’m a paying player that you’re about to lose if you don’t address this issue soon!! Update: by writing this review, I finally got the credit for the missing diamonds I was looking for in-game so I’m happy again. I updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 stars as a result. If they would just respond more quickly to payment and credit of purchases issues in the future, they would deserve 5 stars..Version: 1.0.35

✓ Fix timingYou need to fix the timing of your customers. Full rooms, and you stack a line of new customers waiting. It would be doable if the rooms emptied out faster but you’re just waiting for them to place an order. So it’s not a matter of being faster. Yes, you could use the boosters but again, it’s not about being fast. It’s too much waiting for orders to be placed while you send new customer one after the other. You shouldn’t have to use the ‘happy’ boost 4 or 5 times in one level due to the bad design. Overall it’s a good game on par with the other similar hotel games like this..Version: 1.0.1
✓ Great game but can be priceyReally fun game with lots of additional competitions however you need to upgrade quickly to complete the levels which can be expensive. Also you can’t upgrade the speed of the porter without spending a fortune. 500 diamonds but everything else is less than 50. It would the game too easy if it was quick to upgrade him but perhaps a bit easier would be good. ✓ Update is messing up gameplayI’ve been playing this game for probably around a year and I love it, it passes the time and stays just challenging enough to keep me entertained. I’ve spent money in the past for gems and it was well worth it (daily offer $2 for 100 gems is great) Then the game updated and for some reason I can’t seem to stay logged in through Facebook! It’s incredibly frustrating, I agree to connect when the game first loads and sometimes it glitches right then and refuses to load the game. If it does load the game and I start to play, I get interrupted literally every 30 seconds saying I need to connect to fb! It messes with the flow of the game entirely and if I’m playing with a 10-15 minute boost, that time gets eaten away by me constantly having to hit “cancel - continue” every few seconds! I hope this issue is resolved soon because I love playing this game, but the login glitch kills the enjoyability of it and I can’t play 😩.Version: 1.0.47

✓ Great Fun But Faster Delivery Would HelpThis game is a lot of fun and is my current favorite. However, whenever I buy an upgrade for a hotel, it oftentimes takes hours or even overnight for the upgrade to be delivered. This is very frustrating. Why is it necessary to take hours to deliver upgrades? It’s not like they are real deliveries being stalled by traffic or weather in real life. All the delays in deliveries does is take away from the fun of enjoying the game to the pint where I often consider that I should just quit the game because it is no fun to wait and wait and wait for an upgrade that is part of the play time anyway..Version: 1.0.44

✓ Good gameThe game is fun and challenging; however, some of the levels are impossible to beat without using boosters. Some levels have unfair disadvantages that hinder your score; for example, your hotel may be full but you have customers waiting to check in and their patience continues to dwindle, which leads to you missing out on the smiley faces. If you don’t have a booster to increase their patience, you’re screwed. I believe the waiting customers’ patience should start once a room becomes vacant. I enjoy the game but would love if the game could detect when customers’ patience timers should start based on the hotels’ vacancies and the number of customers’ orders. ✓ Fun gameThis game is typically my go-to time killer and I have progressed pretty far. The levels can be difficult, but it makes the game less boring to have that challenge. Upgrades for hotels cost a lot of diamonds so there is some waiting involved, however the game has given me plenty of diamonds as various rewards for things. The only complaint I have about this game is the insanely long wait times for upgrades to arrive. At times you can’t beat a level without certain things upgraded, but when you have to wait 12+ hours for the upgrade to arrive that can frustrating. Although, I spend that time playing previous hotels to rack up more diamonds. All in all a pretty fun game :).Version: 1.0.19

✓ FunI love this game. It’s very addicting. The game is challenging but their upgrades have made it so difficult to pass levels, most of the time you can not pass a level as you must upgrade in the shop to pass a level, but can’t do that without the diamonds and you can’t get the diamonds without passing a level, so there are times that that you sit in limbo for days, that can be extremely frustrating because I don’t want to pay money for the diamonds. So if you find yourself in that scenario which I do all the time, I just don’t play the game for a couple of days and then for some reason it then allows you to pass a level, you do the upgrade then again will have to wait anywhere from 1-12 hours for the upgrade to take place. Still fun, just don’t like the waiting for hours or days sometimes..Version: 1.0.35
✓ Timing of Rooms AvailabilityI agree with another player’s review about fixing the timing. The customers are arriving before you can get the orders of the people already in the rooms. You shouldn’t have to use up so many boosts on one level. I enjoy the game, but that problem is about to make me stop playing. I understand wanting it to be a challenge at upper levels. After several attempts at the same level, I feel the difficulty level should be less challenging to allow the player to advance to the next level. I was excited today to see there was an update but it was a new area and not a new hotel. Now I have a room that I’m not interested in decorating, Pete I’m not interested in feeding and now I have a fish tank that I ha e no intention of putting fish in. We want to play levels in the hotels not the other gimmicky things. Also, the restaurant game only has two restaurants, again, I’m playing the same level over and over and have no given up on that too. ✓ Bug- No rewards after watching adsIn general this is a good and addictive game but there’s an issue about the watch ad- reward system. You are supposed to gain some small rewards ie 3/10 progress to gain a magic wand. It’s frustrating to see you gain actually nothing after you watch several long ads! Even when you finish 10/10 of the progress and see the cartoon showing the reward flied into your collection. Please fix this bug. I’ve updated a few times since I found this bug but it is still not fixed. Now I just ignore the watch ad- gain reward opportunities..Version: 1.0.33

✓ The game is great but…I really enjoy this game but there hasn’t been an update for it in quite some time. All the people complaining about the game being too difficult are either used to playing toddler’s games or are not playing wisely. The game play is fair, but some hotels are more difficult that others. Also you have plenty of opportunities to earn diamonds, you just have to spend them wisely and not waste them on repeating levels that you can beat after trying again and using a different strategy. The game recently stated that an ASMR game was added but I haven’t been able to access it let alone play it. Maybe a typo from the developers. But as I said great game..Version: 1.0.73

This game is amazing and I recommend playing it. Ever since I got the game I couldn’t take my eyes off of it because it was so fun, challenging, and I loved that you even get to help people. But my only criticism is that when I got to help people clean their ears and other stuff all I did was tap. I wish their was more detail and that we don’t have to just tap the circle.
