✓ Amazing game but really hardHotel craze is really fun but after about level thirty it starts to get really hard. When I got this game and did the first few levels i thought it was one of my favourite games. Unfortunately it just got harder and harder as I kept on playing. It started to get impossible when there were three guests waiting for a room, when all four rooms were full! ✓ Money Pit with lack of supportTotaled it up and realized I’ve spent $171 on this game in two months. Bought the $50 forever package to collect gems daily, only to run out of “hotel levels” and still waiting on the next one to open to be played. There’s 80 levels to each “hotel”. By level 40 you have all your upgrades so you spend the next 40 levels with nothing to do but be on repeat with no further upgrades available to equipment. Very seldom are there limited time extra adventures to be able to win upgrades or coins. My last straw is after already spending $150 on this game, I spend another $20 on the Sakura pass. I get a new phone, log into the game, and my Sakura levels were reset to zero, and my pass is gone. I reached out to support 4 days ago and all I keep getting is “connect it to facebook”. Despite me explaining that it is, and I have proof of purchase. Now the Sakura limited event is halfway over, I’m out even more money, and support hasn’t answered me back in two days. They’re more than happy to continue taking your money, but when it messes up, they don’t care. I went from super excited about this game to being livid and not even wanting to open it anymore..Version: 1.0.16
✓ Good but disappointingBeen playing this game for a while now and it’s really enjoyable until you get to higher levels and if you haven’t bought the recommended upgrades then you’re screwed. The level becomes impossible to complete without having to make in-app purchases which is just a scam - you should be able to do it normally. The Porter runs too slow also, wish you could upgrade the speed of him without having to use/spend money on powerups. Diamonds are far too expensive and you don’t get enough of them to upgrade stuff you need to complete the level, it’s not fair you have to spend real money on being able to complete the levels. It’s a good game but far too expensive for what it is, and if you don’t the upgrades they “recommend” it becomes impossible to complete a level without having to buy more diamonds..Version: 1.0.21
✓ Too Hard and StingyThe level is too hard without using the booster to get through. With so many station to work with and only 1 person doing it seem ridiculous. Please make the level more fun to play and not stressful. You could adjust the level or add 1 more person that can run around. The gems needed to upgrade the facilities is an absurd amount of money. You need approximately 650 ish gem to level up all facilities in Crystal Palace, which is only one hotel. But you only get around 28-30 gem per day. More if you play to get the bonus but still its so little compare to what’s needed. I love the game and how its not too heavy and make my phone hot when playing it. Love how I can left the game anytime and pick it up where I left. So hard to find one this days. So this game have a lot of potential for me. Please make some improvement. The long period event is also fun cause it didn’t rush me. I don’t have time to care for short period event. So great job on the events..Version: 1.0.17
✓ Was great until I paidThis game was great and I was playing and passing levels all the time. I loved that if you watched enough ads that you could get through the levels without being forced to pay like other games. However, recently I paid 99¢ for some diamonds and ever since I cannot watch an ad to get an extra customer at the end, and the amount of diamonds I can earn by watching ads each day went from 28 to 16. Now I cannot pass levels and will probably soon lose interest and stop playing all together. I am not interested in having to pay to pass levels..Version: 1.0.69
✓ GlitchyFirst let me say I enjoy this game. I love free games that let you play even if you have to watch an annoying amount of ads to do so. That is definitely this game. The problem being that the coins and gems that you earn whether through the level play or watching ads just randomly disappears. I have been playing this game for a few weeks and the first few times this happened I thought I just hadn’t been paying attention. Except I’m paying attention now and the coins and gems never add up like they are supposed to. Ads glitch repeatedly making you watch two or three in a row. It’s just not right. I play other games similar to this that are far more enjoyable because they don’t have these issues. I don’t want to assume this is an intentional game mechanic that pushes people into paying as that would be highly unethical. I just know I can’t be the only one who has noticed this..Version: 1.0.52

✓ Good game but not happyI am currently on level 80 of underwater crystal everything is levelled up apart from 2 items neither of which appear in this level, not exactly a fair playing field. Although this is a hard level it should still be achievable. I can finish the level but are short of the required tokens by about 80 as there is nothing left to upgrade this doesn’t make sense the only way to complete this level is to use a double coin power up, which I would use but I used the gems to upgrade so thanks a bunch for ruining the game. Oh and I would have given higher rating but it’s obvious you don’t want me to finish without spending money..Version: 1.0.49

✓ False advertisingThis game advertises in app purchases at LOWER rates than what it goes on to then charge when apple pay comes up. have contacted numerous times and they refuse to acknowledge even when i show screen shots. some items advertised at 0.99c and then it try’s to charge $1.49 have also had items advertised at $7.99 and be charged nearly $14 when apple pay comes up. Knew it was going to be a casual, need a few minutes distraction game after it was obvious I would need to pay real money to get all the upgrades in a time frame that made them useful to gameplay. Still, unlocked the second hotel and went back to play the first to gather money for upgrades. Three more levels in was when the first autoplay ad happened. I thought maybe I misclicked something so I force shut down the game and kept playing. Then five more levels later it happened again. I’m not bothering with it a third time. ✓ Great game until....I have loved this game until recently. I’m playing the Crystal Palace level and the levels are completing while I’m still serving guests. For example, I “lost” a level because I was $139 short of the goal. However, I was in the process of serving a lobster to a guest, which would have been $60, and had two guests to check out, which would have been $52 each. I would have won the level and exceeded the goal if the level had actually let me finish playing the round. However, the levels are ending saying that there are no more guests and that I haven’t hit the target. But not all of the guests have checked out - I’m still serving them!! I’ve contacted support twice and no resolution. It’s super frustrating to have a game set you up for failure when you should be winning. I hope they figure out what’s causing this and correct it soon. I’d be happy to revise my review at that time because I have thoroughly enjoyed this game up until now..Version: 1.0.7

✓ WTH is with the Gross Icon?!I don’t have much space on my iPad but I’ve managed to download and play many hotel games, including this one. As with all my games, to conserve space, I set my iPad to offload apps. I was going to reinstall this app until I saw that UTTERLY DISGUSTING icon! WTHeck!! When did these gross, revolting games become so popular? Thank goodness I haven’t eaten yet!! Need the developers be reminded that this is a HOTEL game, not a doctor/medical/surgery game?! If I wanted such a repulsive game where you pop pimples, extract worms and other sickening stuff, I would download such a game! There needs to be a reward system like cooking fever has where xp bar rewards with gems. When I buy gems they are never credited. ✓ Entertaining but bad timing and glitching in game!I agree with the person’s review that talked about the timing being bad in regards to the people waiting in line for a room. It’s not “challenging” but rather impossible to get past without using special power ups. Not just that, I’ve had it where everyone waiting in line for a room sat there to the point they all got angry and left and none of the guests left their rooms the entire time. Maybe there was a glitch or something but I took a screenshot to prove it. It’s sad because I used up so many of my power ups to try to keep them happy but it didn’t work out in the end and I still lost. Hopefully you guys can fix that because other than those problems, I really do like the game and I appreciate the challenge when it’s not made impossible to beat..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Level glitchDuring some levels the characters will enter the hotel room and take a very long time to exit . If you need a certain room or amount of likes, this glitch causes you to fail the level. Happens often. There are 2-3 games within one and you’re always being promoted to play in the other games . ✓ I don’t know why this game has been cheatingSo I’ve noticed lately every time I log in I gain a day to free prizes which I love and the first time I noticed an issue was when I’d played and was suppose to receive the 15 minutes of energy and quick action of the equipment I didn’t get it once I made it to the amount of days then it happened again this morning on the 15 day in which I’m suppose to receive the same thing plus 15 mini of double coins I wasn’t able to screenshot what’s happening because it goes so fast once you accept your daily sign in prize and you can’t pull it back up until the next sign in date! But I spend a lot of money in this game and wish they would fix that little problem! The other problem I noticed is it fails you in Sea Love level 8 because you don’t get enough clients forcing you to use diamonds to buy a heart to add more clients which is a cheat because it cost 40 diamonds for a glitch that not our fault!! ✓ Inappropriate AdsThis game is fun but it’s rated for 4+ years old and there are tons of inappropriate ads! Some ads feature misogynistic games, physical insecurity, unrealistic expectations from women, domestic abuse, and abortion. There are also ads with scary zombie games and gambling/casino. If games are rated for children, then the ads should also be age appropriate. Warning for parents, as we will see what games our kids are playing, but not the vulgar ads that are shown in these games. Irregardless of purchasing the exceptionally high costs of -gems, pet food, décoré upgrades, packages and help tokens, let alone the bombardment of ads that are time wasters, does not mean you will pass a level. Winning a level is predetermined by the game rather than skill and once you have reached The Crystal Hotel onwards, prepare for the extreme need to purchase the high costing gems and help tokens to even last through one level/game let alone pass it. Also, if you’re going to have room preference s for guest, let me choose which waiting guest I assign next, not just first in, first out. Bug issues: I’m only on London level, but noticeable lag between tapping a guest, and when open room arrows appear. Huge issue when every second counts. Running on an iPhone 12, so using best horsepower available. Also, why can I only assign the bellboy up to 5 actions?! That’s ludicrous. If your thought is that it adds to the challenge, it doesn’t. ✓ Developers have become more greedyIt’s actually a great game, well, used to be. They’ve recently halved the free video adverts to which you could earn free diamonds - now you can only get 10 a day. Once you get to the harder levels you either heave two options: wait for days on end for your “free” video rewards to add up, or pay them for kite diamonds to progress further - which is basically what they want you to do. Even if you do save up your diamonds, it’s usually only enough to get you one level further and then you have to go through the same progress again. It’s greed. I’ve just managed to get past a level where I had to reach $3,906, I used a double money reward bag and complete that level - well I thought I had!! The next level is more or less the same, reach $3,900 odd dollars! Which is impossible to do without buying or waiting days for more diamonds!! Greed, greed, greed. The developers responded by saying that all rounds are achievable. That’s only true if you’re willing to spend quite a bit of money to get through to the next round. Trust me, you can not progress further on certain rounds without A) Waiting days for your diamonds to build up B) Or spending money to buy diamonds to upgrade your items. ✓ Great game with major flawsThis game is great & very addictive. However, today was the third attempt where I’ve tried to pay for add-ons with no success. I get notification payment was successful, payment leaves my bank but no packs or add-ons are added to my account on the game. Once you get further into the game it is impossible to progress unless you pay out for add-ons & upgrades (which aren’t cheap!) so you’re pretty much stuck on the same level. On higher levels the number of points you’re expected to reach is impossible, even with some of the add-ons activated it’s impossible to reach the required amount to progress to the next level..Version: 1.0.47

Realistically, you’ll have to buy boosts and gems consistently just to keep playing once you get to double-digit levels. ✓ Keeps glitching :(Love the game so far but recently I have been winning levels and suddenly an ad pops up. When the ad is finished I click off and the game has glitch meaning I have to escape the app and reload it again :( then when it’s reloaded I have to redo the level again. I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t happen as often as it did. This is also an issue when playing the ticket contest as I’m losing tickets and having to restart the level from the beginning when I should have passed. ✓ FairnessI like the game but it cheats a lot also I paid for a limited time deal but I didn’t receive it nor did I get my money back. I contacted support but I didn’t receive anything back from them. This game would be nice but you can’t get any boost unless you purchase them or watch annoying ads. Another downside is that you have to wait long hours for upgrades or watch annoying ad after ad to receive them in half the time. This game has very difficult levels to beat I mean literally impossible, I have been on level 43 it seems like almost a month or longer it’s no possible way to get off. It says get 13 smiles how can you when the game cheats it makes it as if you didn’t make a customer’s order when you actually have but it unchecks what you have in line to make for the customer and have something else in your hand that you didn’t make, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t just imagining that this was happening so I watched as I slowly prepared the orders and sure enough it happened it unchecked so I didn’t make the customer’s order which resulted in the customer getting angry and I lost the customer. I can’t deal with this cheating anymore I’m just gonna delete this game it’s one thing to be challenging but it’s another to become annoying and boring, that’s what this game has become to me. ✓ Huge problem with eventsThe app is fun and they have adjusted the difficulty so it is still difficult but not impossible to pass. It just may take a few tries. However the events are a problem. They only allow 2 hours to collect ingredients and that is simply not enough time. I play sporadically throughout the day and cannot immediately sit down with it and play for two hours straight. Also as I am progressing through a location it takes time to build up enough coins and diamonds to upgrade not to mention the time it takes for the upgrade to actually happen. I don’t understand why the ingredients and Easter eggs are not available at all locations either. That is the one thing that has put this app way above the other hotel apps is the fact you can keep playing locations that have been completed. I enjoy playing these other locations while I am waiting for the upgrades to happen in the newest location. It would make the events much more fun if the ingredients and event items could be found throughout all locations and that you would give the whole day to find them all instead of just two hours. I have not found all of the ingredients for the day yet. It’s just frustrating and takes the fun out of the game. I kind of want to stop playing it while the event is on just because it’s frustrating to know I cannot take part in the event for lack of ingredients..Version: 1.0.13
✓ Lost Money Paying to Remove AdsI like the game. I feel there are times the game cheats. As an example, all hotel rooms may be full, and no one is ready to move out. Meanwhile, there are a lot of angry guests waiting to check-in. There are also times guests get everything they want while in green, but the guests give likes instead of happy faces. That makes it hard to get happy faces on levels that require happy faces. I am disappointed that I paid to have ads removed, but ads were not removed. When I sent an inquiry, I was told rewards ads needed to stay in order for rewards to be received. I responded to say that I was getting all ads. The response was the generic: Ads are needed for free games. You can remove ads for a cheap price. Ummm, I paid to have ads removed, yet the ads are still there and wasting my time. Some of the ads last longer than 1 level of play. Frustrating!.Version: 1.0.60

✓ Way Too DifficultI was so hoping this would become one of my most favorite games to play. The first two hotels were great. I loved it. But then came number 3. I still cannot get it. As for the pet event. I cannot get it. In order to get through the extended events, I use the first hotel. ✓ Update killed my pets! Deleted game in anger.The new update fiddled about with the pets which destroyed a really sweet part of it. My unicorn is just a picture in a book now. The little pet bonus of speed has been removed. That is a shame because it was a good bonus. You needed to win levels to refill it but it helped on challenging levels. The worst part is the fact that the pets don't run around the hotel playing anymore when you start to play the level. They used to run about then run off. It was lovely. ✓ Too many Glitches!This game could be awesome… it’s a fun concept, great graphics and plenty of variation in the different hotels. BUT! quite a lot of the levels are super hard and you simply HAVE to have gems to upgrade and energy drinks to give you the speed you need to complete. I have had sooo many problems with earning rewards (through watching videos and or gifts from developers when they complete an upgrade) I am told I’ll be receiving gifts, but they don’t credit my account. There slo seems to be huge discrepancies in the daily video packages… I get to watch a total of 10 videos a day - split into 2 halves, earning a few gems and coins. My husband gets to watch a total of 20 videos, and his rewards include boosters such as the energy drinks! How and why does this even happen? When I report the problems, I’m asked for screen shots. ✓ Level DifficultyI really do enjoy playing this game and I have played A LOT of it! However… the levels are basically impossible to beat unless you have power-ups and other things to help you out.
