✓ Great game but...So I totally recommend this game but I’m stuck on a level I answer all my customers in the green zone and I’m 2 coins under!My limit for the money is 446 and I got 444 EVEN though I totally got all my customers In green !i even used all my boosts the time one ,jet pack ,2 cleaning boosters and one candy boost !Really want to pass this level tried 7 times!.Version: 1.0.13
✓ Fun but you need to pay to winThis game is fun, challenging and addictive. I’ve enjoyed playing and I still do, but it has become frustrating. I get that developers want to make money , but I have now reached a point in the game where I have to keep spending money. The levels have gotten so challenging that you have to use a power up/boost in order to win. If I have to use a power up/boost on every level, then I’m constantly spending money and I’m not interested in constantly spending money. The packs you buy aren’t good. One pack gives you 30 minutes of playing time, but only gives you 2 boost and some diamonds. I would prefer more boosts. The more boost I get, the longer I play, so the extra 30 minutes is irrelevant. I’m also at a point in the game where it takes 12 hours to upgrade the rooms, food dispensers, and reception area. That means I have to wait until the next day to continue. I think it would be a good idea if the developers reduce the upgrade time..Version: 1.0.56

✓ Pay to winThe game was fun at first, not encountered any issues although one bug where a guest won’t leave the room for the entirety of the hotel being open. I’m on the 2nd hotel at level 56 and I’ve noticed you just can’t win any more unless you pay, with the cost of living increasing I’m not willing to pay the prices you charge. Therefore I’ve decided to delete and find something easier, it really is ridiculous that every game these days requires purchases instead of just being able to watch a few adverts and still get the same result. Loved it until I could see the money grabbing aspect. Up to hotel 3 it was difficult but achievable, now it’s gotten to the point that there is no way to win without purchases or waiting days to save up enough “free” items to stand a chance. A normal level should not be the same difficulty as a hard level. ✓ Rips you offI was gladly purchasing the jewels and extra to beat the levels, to the tune of almost $200. Then I suddenly realized my jewels were disappearing while I was in a level. For example when I selected the level to play I had 61 jewels when I finished that level I suddenly only had 9. I had seen this happening but thought I was misremembering. I remembered the 61 because I thought to myself just enough to buy 3 jet packs. Of course when I contacted the developers I have heard nothing. Also can we talk about the wildly I inappropriate ads. ✓ Great game/NOT worth the anxietyThese multi tasking games are fun and engaging. However, I don't want to play games that increase my stress and anxiety. All of these games start off exactly the same. You play and play and do so well in the beginning stage to get you hooked and then the levels are nearly impossible to beat. I will watch the scoring and see how the score is rigged. I can’t even tell you how many times I have lost by a point or so. I have played the exact same level about 500 times and lose by the exact same score almost every time. If you want your score to be higher you MUST upgrade everything in the hotel and that requires stars and stars are NOT easy to come by UNLESS you pay. I understand and appreciate these games want to make money and are challenging but if they are so aggressive whereas you actually want to throw your screen across the room in frustration, it’s time to delete the app and that is where I have arrived with Hotel Frenzy. It’s a shame because it is fun and a nice escape but not at the expense of my emotional sanity. A guaranteed GREAT time….for the first day or so and a great time quickly will turn to high anxiety. I really think if the developers fix these issues they would actually make more money. They are guaranteed to NOT make a dime if the user deletes the app entirely. ✓ Used to Be FunThe first three hotels were fun. Then the boosts stopped coming at regular intervals. The boosts needed, like the speed boost, you have to get “gifted” 10 times before you actually get the boost. On the first few levels you get the boost as a gift. Then you start getting 1/10 of the boost. And you may get that particular boost every 4th or 5th time. Maybe. So now if you want to pass a level you have to play for several days to get one boost and then maybe you will pass the level. The dollar value levels are getting so high now that a speed boost is not helping me pass the level - even doing the level perfectly I was one dollar short! This has turned into a frustrating game that may only be fun if I spend money. When I look at how much the boosts are & calculate how much it would cost to spend for a boost in every game, I’m not sure I want to make that $$ commitment. May be time for me to move on. Sadly. Before, if you couldn’t pass a stage, you were able to watch an ad to get an extra customer and an extra 60 seconds to complete the round. Since the new update(s) they have removed that feature, FORCING you to either pay for more diamonds OR use 40 of your diamonds that you most likely don’t have … they will gladly give you THOUSANDS of coins that you don’t need but will give you one or two diamonds that’s needed to upgrade or boost. This game has changed and has became very money hungry. No longer enjoyable like it once was. ✓ Kind of ridiculousI enjoy the game, but some things need improvement. Diamonds AND coins to upgrade? I think it should be money only. Diamonds should be left for decorating if you want 15 points etc etc. The kind of prizes that are given after beating levels like avatars isn’t enough. If more brooms and rockets were given as prizes the games would be more enjoyable especially because some levels are impossible to beat without them. You don’t get stars if you play levels from older hotels which is pretty ridiculous. You’re technically still beating levels even if you aren’t playing the newest hotels so you should be receiving more than coins. My issue is not number of ads but length of ads. Most ads are 45+ seconds compared to most games that have 25-30 second ads. Some ads are optional but if you skip after completing a round one time you have to watch the ad next time you skip & don’t receive the bonus for watching the ad. (Length of ads & number of ads -1 star) Game is fun but once you get to level 4 the slow play and requires $ hits. I’ve watched every ad to double everything but the required number of gems is so high that you have to pay $ or you’ll never upgrade the items to continue. Fun & free 2-3 levels but gets $$ and repetitive by level 3-4. ✓ Great game; but hate all the adsThis game is really good, entertaining and fun to play; however, I do not like all the unnecessary ads. First it seems like the game points are rigged. I notice with some customers I don’t even get points, which makes me lose the game. I do appreciate however being able to watch an ad to continue playing the same level. What I don’t like is when I pass a level at times it automatically takes me to an ad. I just passed a level, why do I have to watch an ad? I play another game where I only see an ad if I choose to see one to get something for free. Other wise I can play as long as I want without having to watch an ad. ✓ Not enough gemsUnfortunately as you get further on in this game you have to wait 24-48 hours to receive further gems and then it is only 9 after watching videos. I waited 24 hours to receive my 9 gems, the upgrade for the item it recommended for me was 21, I did have some in my bank so was able to upgrade. Unfortunately it will still not let me pass the level as you need to earn 1807 and every time I play without losing anything the most I can earn is 1801. Therefore, I have to wait another probably 3 days to obtain 27 gems as the next upgrade is 24 gems. Love the game but this is a huge flaw.Version: 1.0.54
✓ It’s a good game minus the cheatingThis a good game… for one.. you can be finished serving all guests and you know you have been getting nothing but smiley faces but the game cheats you on your points. It’s forcing you to use your boost! Rather if it’s the room sweep or the candy boost(incentive), so you can accumulate those points you need to get to the next level. And another thing… we have the chance to get extra boosts, coins, etc by watching the commercials/video clips but we don’t have as many chances to get the boosts we really need. You guys are always giving us coins, I have enough coins … we need more jet packs or the speed up progression thingy…. We have to collect 10 of them each to get the actual boost for that level… this game gives me high blood pressure. ✓ Too many adsI used to love this game, even though it always had a lot of ads. Recently though, the ads are completely out of control. They pop up randomly as well as being necessary for the in game ‘bonuses’, and most of the time now instead of one ad at a time you get 2 or 3 strung together. It’s an entire commercial break at least once between each level, sometimes more. Furthermore, even though I have sound turned off in the game because I listen to audio books while I play, the ads come on with volume. I can turn the sound off for each individual ad, but it is back with the next ad. And then I have to leave the app to go turn my audiobook back on, which lasts only until the next irritating ad. ✓ Not working at allI was really excited to try out this game but I can’t get it to open. It loads to 7.5% and then sits at that number until you see a wheel spin. After that spins for a minute, it goes back to the beginning screen picture but there’s nothing for you to press like a play button. Please fix this glitch it’s very frustrating.
