✓ Love zao, hate their appI love zao but I really wish their app worked better. Redeeming an offer or promo code is confusing and I have yet to successfully do it. There is no where to send feedback in the app so hopefully a poor review will grab your attention. Just 10 minutes on this app I’ve identified many things that need to be changed. There is no option for sauce when ordering a kids bowl. The kids eat free code for Monday does not work. Not user friendly. I applaud them for trying to create a rewards app, but it’s unfortunate that I will gain no rewards from anytime I visit the restaurant in person.
